The hotel was beautiful, great location, room More specious than regular Paris rooms… everything seemed recently renovated and service was great. Easy to walk around to nice cafes, restaurants and even to the center…I would totally stay there again. I did not use any amenities but the breakfast was good and also there are many bakeries around if you are not feeling like having a buffet …

Sadece orada durup bizi izliyorlardı. 24 saat açık bir resepsiyon değil ama neredeyse hiç çalışmıyor. Choosing a place to stay in Paris is never easy. The whole city is charming and romantic, but where you stay can truly shape the tone of your trip. That’s why I was so happy with my decision to stay at the Hyatt Regency Paris Étoile during this visit—it turned out to be one of the highlights of my time in the city. First of all, the location is excellent. It’s less than a 10-minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Élysées, and it’s well-connected by both metro and RER. Whether you’re planning to explore the city or heading out for day trips, getting around from here is a breeze. It’s also right next to the Palais des Congrès, so I imagine it’s a great option for business travelers as well. But the real magic of this hotel lies in its views. When I checked in, I politely asked if it was possible to get a room on a higher floor—and I was lucky enough to be given a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower. As soon as I walked in and saw that iconic silhouette framed perfectly by the floor-to-ceiling window, I was speechless. During the day, it was stunning. At night, it became something truly special, with twinkling lights illuminating the tower and casting a warm glow over the city. I found myself sitting quietly by the window, just taking it all in. It felt like Paris was unfolding just for me. The room itself was sleek, modern, and very comfortable. It wasn’t overly spacious, but it was perfectly arranged with thoughtful details—an incredibly cozy bed, a great coffee machine, high-quality toiletries, and excellent lighting. Everything was clean and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day of exploring the city. Breakfast was served on the 34th floor, and it was an experience in itself. The panoramic views over Paris were breathtaking. Sitting there with a warm croissant and coffee while watching the city wake up beneath me was one of the most peaceful moments of the trip. The breakfast spread was varied and delicious, and the staff were kind and attentive without being overbearing. What stood out most about this hotel, though, was the quiet warmth of the service. The staff had that classic French elegance—discreet but welcoming, helpful without being intrusive. Even the housekeeping staff were thoughtful, and when I checked out, the front desk staff asked how my stay had been with such genuine interest that I found myself smiling for the rest of the day. To me, the Hyatt Regency Paris Étoile wasn’t just a hotel. It felt like a window into the heart of Paris—a place to quietly take in the beauty of the city, to rest, to breathe. It offered a sense of stillness and perspective, even in a city as lively and vibrant as Paris. If I return to Paris—and I certainly hope I will—I already know I’ll be coming back here. No other reason needed, really, other than that one unforgettable evening, sipping wine by the window, watching the Eiffel Tower shimmer in the dark. That moment alone was worth the entire trip.

Really like this Hotel, the service is great, staffs are so kind and warm and helpful during our 5 nights staying. The room is small but cute, only thing is the roof is a bit low cause we are on the 1st floor. Location is so convenient which accelerates our visiting in Paris!

Varışta havuzu sordum ve bana sadece 10:00 - 21:00 saatleri arasında açık olduğunu ve kişi başı 30 avroluk tek seferlik kullanım ücreti alındığını söylediler. Çoğu kişinin kahvaltıdan önce yüzmeyi tercih edeceğini söyledim ama her gün test yapılması gerektiği söylendi (muhtemelen pH seviyeleri), bu yüzden geç açılıyormuş. Elbette sabah 6/7 civarında göreve gelen ilk personele bunun nasıl yapılacağı gösterilebilirdi. Sonunda ayrılmadan hemen önce havuzu kontrol ettim... Kullanmazdım, çok yoğun bir klor kokusu vardı!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Artus Hotel and I was lucky to chance upon this hotel during my search. There are so many options and recommendations out there. I'm glad I chose this hotel for my maiden trip to Paris. First, the location. I can walk to the major landmarks like River Seine, Louvre, 'Dorsay museum, Notre Dame, etc. It is located close to St Germaine, so there are many charming streets to roam about and many options for food and supplies. I feel safe wandering around on my own as a solo female traveller. Second, the place is tastefully decorated. I like my room which has windows that overlook the streets as well as the decor. The bed is so comfortable that I slept very well during the three nights I was there. The housekeeping staff also kept the room clean and I like that the hotel embraces environmental practices. The only thing is that the yellow lights in the room can be a bit dim, but the white light used in the bathroom is bright. Third, the staff. I was greeted by a lady when I checked in and she is so understanding, patient and nice with me. I would like to commend her for her great personality and attitude, but I missed getting her name. The other staff I met are equally friendly and nice (two young ladies, one named Li/Yang; and another gentleman). Even if they don't know something, they will look up the information for me. They will also provide me with recommendations. I also must compliment the driver who picked me up from the airport and drove me to the airport (hotel transfers). He is very polite and considerate and he makes me feel at ease when i was travelling in his car. Even the gentleman who helped me with my luggage wore a big smile on his face. Thank you to everyone I've met during my stay and which made my experience a pleasant one. I learned only on my last day that they have another sister hotel a few steps away. One of the staff recognized me and invited me to take a look inside. Again, the place is tastefully done. If I have a chance to be back in Paris, I will check out both Artus Hotel as well as this hotel. I would also like to take this opportunity to make a request to the guests who are going to stay in the hotel - let's make an effort to treat the room as if it is our own. That way, the hotel will stay in a good condition for a longer time and future guests will get to enjoy the stay as much as I did. Thank you :)

Otel mükemmeldi ve çok temizdi. Alt kattaki restoran güzeldi ve makul fiyatlıydı. Otelin konumu iyi ama önemli simge yapılara yürüme mesafesinde ama yürüyerek gidilebilecek bir mesafede. Kesinlikle tekrar burada kalırdık ama ödemek zorunda olduğumuz tur vergisi miktarına şaşırdık! 50 €, yakın zamanda Mallorca'da kaldığımız ve 3 € vergi ödediğimiz düşünüldüğünde çok pahalıydı

Paris'in dış kesimlerinde harika, küçük bir otel. 2 metro istasyonuna 10 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde, iyi bir konumda. 24 saat açık küçük bir spor salonu, ortak çalışma alanı, restoran ve çamaşırhane mevcut. Resepsiyon 24 saat açık ve çok güler yüzlü, ihtiyaçlarınızı karşılamak için ellerinden geleni yapıyorlar. Odalar son derece temiz ve normalde ihtiyaç duyacağınız tüm olanaklara sahip (kahveyi karıştırmak için bir kaşık hariç). Günlük gezilerinizde yanınızda götürmeniz için tekrar kullanılabilir bir cam şişe veriyorlar (isterseniz satın alabilirsiniz) ve otelin her yerinde su doldurma istasyonları var. Fiyatına göre şikayet edemem. Yepyeni bir otel, hala boya kokusunu alabiliyorsunuz! Son derece temiz. Rahat yataklar (çarşaflar oldukça kalındı ​​ve klima sonuna kadar açıkken bile kendimi biraz sıcak hissettim!) Paris'in merkezine yolculuk sizin için sorun değilse kesinlikle tavsiye ederim (Londra'lıyım, bu yüzden ulaşım Londra metrosuyla kıyaslanamaz).
