"The good things about the hotel were its location. Close to restaurants, a famous Banksy or two, lots of shops and theatres. Is a beautiful hotel with nice places to sit and meet if you are in a group. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The car park, despite being £17 per night, was actually better value than other options nearby and we were able to leave the car there until midnight on the day of check out. The negatives were that we were not able to get a reservation in the hotel restaurant which we found unusual. We had a group from 8 to 80 so we were worried about walking yet had no choice as they couldn’t fit us in. They were also impossible to contact as they didn’t reply to messages. There was chaos at check in with guests waiting for up to an hour to check in and get their keys. There were long queues for over two hours from 3pm to at least 5pm. Their excuse was that the hotel was fully booked but it’s not as though they didn’t know all those people were coming! They should have been prepared and there were a lot of unhappy customers that Saturday evening. Some front desk staff were flustered and sorry but couldn’t do anything about it and some didn’t seem to care. We were there a bit earlier so they could have got the process started but they wouldn’t so we had to queue twice. We were quite fed up. Even after all that and me paying £68 for 4 cars I had to keep repeating that I had already paid that and the next day. Something in the system needs to change as it’s frustrating to spend 2 hours checking in when you are only staying for 1 night. Perhaps if they are expecting so many people again they could put out tea and coffee in the tea lounge with a screen to enter and pay for your car and then have some kind of ticket system where you are called to the desk when it’s your turn. It certainly needs better management as it’s not the welcome you expect when you’ve paid to stay in the Marriott brand."

"The hotel is perfectly situated in Bristol and everything in walking distance or scooter if you wish. Rooms very clean and comfortable. We stayed in a harbour view room which has fab views. I would imagine there isn't a bad view from the Radisson. The hotel will validate your parking if using Nelson St ncp which gives £5 off. Please note that its also £9 per day if your vehicle travels within the new CAZ restrictions. Either pay beforehand or up to 6 days later or face a fine! Or park out of city and park and ride in or train. Also NCP parking is not the cheapest either, again check all extra charges before travelling to Bristol."

"I have to say that I’ve worried in the beginning when I was booking it. Some reviews brought me concerns. However, after I got my room, everything is good enough for the price we paid. I would not say it’s super clean and super nice but it’s good enough for stay. They do daily room cleaning. All the facilities you need are there. Especially the gym and the health centre are amazing. For the price I am paying I would not expect that. The location is perfect. Short walk from the train station and short walk to all the attractions. Makes it easy to in and out. The room I’ve got is also quiet. Overall I would definitely come back again if I ever come to Bristol. This is a highlight of our trip."

Yatak çok rahattı. Otelin önü iskeleyle kaplıydı, ancak sabah işe başlamadan önce ayrıldığım için konaklamayı etkilemedi. Odada çay kaşığı yoktu (günümüzde tipik olan tahta kaşıklar bile yoktu!), sadece tahta karıştırıcılar vardı. Banyo havlusu yırtıktı. Güzel banyo malzemeleri. Yol gürültüsü dışında sessiz bir oda."

"The hotel was very convenient and had nice staff. The breakfast was also lovely. The caravan was a fun experience but wouldn’t do again. The temperature control is difficult - either boiling or ice cold - also gets all the noise at night."

"Welcome sanctuary after a warm day visiting Bristol. Very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Room was clean, spacious and had many amenities. The bathroom was also well thought out with a very unusual shower. Felt able to kick back, relax straight away. All the staff were very professional, helpful and courteous.  Wished I’d tried the restaurant, as the breakfast was very good."

"The rooms were lovely ,nice and clean ,the beds were very hard but it was OK for 2 night.air con in rooms witch is really nice in this weather . The hotel is a really posh hotel ,the reception and bar is a very smart looking place ,the staff are lovely and polite."

"Nice hotel in a good location close to Bristol centre. Room was well designed with a king sized bed. However the bathroom was very compact but everything worked. We did not eat at the hotel as we prefer to sample places in the local area. There was a good choice."
