"An older hotel building that feels like it’s plucked right out of 1995. Service from staff was great. You can tell this place was once top of the line with older wooden furniture and chandeliers. But still a cozy stay. Room feels like it can be a bit dingy and dusty if that bothers you, but we’re okay with that."

"The hotel is located in a great shopping area, and there’s a Blue Bottle Coffee on the first floor—perfect for a morning boost. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I booked a room for three people, and the size was comfortable enough for two 28” suitcases. The air-conditioning also allows you to adjust the temperature easily."

From check-in to check-out, the staff were extremely proactive, professional, and genuinely helpful, making the stay smooth and comfortable. The location is a big plus — it’s very close to many excellent restaurants, cafes, and shopping areas, and getting around Nagoya is incredibly convenient. Whether for business or leisure, the hotel is perfectly situated. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again. A well-deserved 5-star rating."

"Exterior looks old. Room is newly renovated with microwave and fridge in the room. However all of us think that the heater is not working except the staff. We were told by the other staff there’s no limo bus service to the airport which we found out there’s a service 3 streets away or at the bus terminal from the tourist information center. Other than that, all was good."

"We stayed a night and enjoyed this hotel. The bed was a bit small but the room and bathroom were clean. The hotel includes as part of the reservation soba noodles, ice-cream, coffee/tea, yogurt drinks, and a comic book room and onsen (which we did not use). Parking was a bit expensive at 1800yen but was effortless as it had its own car park elevator so we did not need to find a space. The only complaint is that the heater did not work."

"Hotel was near the subway/train, they had a 7-11 just beside the hotel. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful in coordinating of luggage transfer to another hotel in another prefecture. Room was very clean and tidy, adequately sized for couples. Having a separate bathroom and toilet was a bonus. They also had their own bathhouse in the hotel. Pleasant experience staying with them in Nagoya."

TthewandercuratorA modern hotel in the middle of the dynamic sightseeing and shopping area of Sakae. 3 mins to Mirai TV tower. My room had a classy, boutique feel and the tower night view was pretty from the 12th floor window. Staff remembered to accommodate my room request, thank you! Free drinks for guests at the lounge cum breakfast space. The breakfast spread was amazingly extensive, featuring the specials of Nagoya from the ogura toast to the tsubake chicken wings and grilled eel rice. Worth getting the room with breakfast, or even topping up 14.000yen for. Come down early though, because the seating space is small and rather cramped, so you will need to wait and be assigned seats. Guests eating solo may have to sit at communal tables.

My children were also happy to receive their great and kind service. One thing to take note here for myself is, It’s better to make a reservation for dinner at the 2F buffet restaurant even weekdays. Last time we just dropped by and not many groups, but this time almost full.. however still lucky to have seats as my children wanted.

There is also seperated toilet and shower amenities with modern facilities. The front desk personals were friendly and approachable. They spoke english and helped us to book a taxi service. The door number lock feature is convenient for the family to go out and return at different timings. I would no doibt choose to stay here again in future.

GGoofyruAmazing stay for lego lovers. The entire hotel is filled with elements of decorations made of lego. Kids will love it here as there are various areas to play with lego and room provides a box of lego for play too! Legoland is right in front of the hotel.

MMisafir KullanıcıPros - Hotel is within walking distance from Sakae Station - Room is clean and spacious. Really appreciate the kid-friendly decor. Kids were really excited by it. Many thoughtful considerations such as having torches, a coffee machine and free amenities when requested at the front desk. - Service was impeccable. Miss Kawano was patient and helpful when helping me and my family settle into the hotel. Cons - Some suspicious-looking males hanging around the area at night. The area has a few host clubs and bars, so it may look dangerous to roam at night. My wife didn't feel safe to go on the streets at night, though I personally did not encounter any issues when I did.

AAnonim Kullanıcı4-star hotel, it was decent & clean. Room size is standard in Jpn. For Asians, it was ok. 10 min walk to train station. Bus stop is around 5 min walk if you’re going to Nagoya Castle. You can get your hygiene ammenities at the lobby. Pajama is available at the room. Hair dryer/blower is available too. Flat iron can be borrowed too. Laundry area is located at 2F. ¥300 washer, ¥100 dryer. Family mart & Lawson are the nearest combini. Had a nice sleep here. Walang mumu haha

I love that the appliances that I needed was available specially the washing machine. If I ever get back to Nagoya, I'll rebook this place. Highly commend!

RR4TEDRIt’s an old hotel however, it’s relatively well maintained and very clean. Room is clean and spacious. Location is superb. It’s located at Nagoya Station and has easy access to other local trains such as the Meitetsu and Kintetsu (these are local metro which has their own station within Nagoya station). And this hotel has direct access at 3F to the bus terminal as well. View out of the room is great and there’s lots of natural light. There used to be a department store at the lower level of the hotel (The hotel company actually runs the Meitetsu metro and the department store) however in February 2026, the department store has since closed down as there were plans to re-modernise the entire building

ちちゃっかりうさぎ立地はかなり良くロビーもとても広くて良かったです。ただ残念ながらお部屋のお風呂のお掃除が行き届いていなく前の宿泊者の方が使ったと思われる髪の毛がついているくしがそのまま置いてあったのかとお風呂場の角に埃やカビが生えていました。それ以外はとても良かったです。
