"We’ve enjoyed our stay at Mitsui Garden West. Their staff made us feel very welcomed, which we feel very appreciative of. Knowing we’re on our honeymoon, they very thoughtfully added well wishes on our room’s Tv screen, and even gifted us a Mitsui bear for the occasion 🤍🥹 The only part we thought could be improved was the laundry situation — there’s only 2 washer/dryers for the whole hotel, each located in the men and women’s bath. It would be great if more washers were available. Other than that, we have no complains and sincerely thank the amazing staff!"

"Location is not too far from Susukino, can walk and is comfortable to walk to Airport bus stop. I like welcome drink; Haskap juice. Room size is not big and but not too small. Breakfast is ok. But at walkway to room is too dark. At first day at lobby, I got smell of smoking. But all is ok for this hotel at the booking price."

"The staff services are not awful. After staying for three nights and checking out, the chunky lady refused to store my luggage. She asked for my passport right after I passed the main entrance and in the lounge area but not the front desk. I understand only a small portion of Japanese people understand English. I spoke slowly to her in English and told her I was speaking in English and surely she knows I'm speaking in English. However, she keeps using a Mandarin translation pocket device and didn't realise Cantonese language is different. I see English has been the lingua franca but that's not the lady's and her coworker's views. Try to avoid this hotel if you're a Hongkongese, *********, Mainland Chinese because more than one staff member is racist. They will just keep rolling their eyes and their facial expressions and fitgets are telling their guests only Japanese people are welcomed."

"Love this hotel! We stayed here for 2nd time and this time I would really like to thank front desk colleague Saito San for her hospitality specifically with her communication skills, speedy check in and customer focus skills in helping us to change our room when my daughter accidentally vomited near our room bathroom as she got sick before checked in in the cold weather. Not only she assisted cleaning (outside of her job responsibilities as housekeeping staff gone after 3pm), she handled this situation so well and made us feel so much better without being bad and embarrassed about the mess we made. This is the world class professionalism and respect toward her profession in Japan (esp in Sapporo) which my daughter and I have been very impressed. The room is spacious, beds are comfortable and their breakfast buffet is amazing! I give this hotel a 10 out of 10! Well done!!!"

"The hotel is modern and its location is walkable (4 mins) to JR Sapporo station. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable to sleep on. Only problem is there’s no allocated place for luggage to open. We used their chair to do that. The bathroom is clean and nice but unfortunately I had a slip in the bathtub as it was too slippery. I told the housekeeper the next day and requested for a rubber mat to be put in the tub but she didn’t seem to understand. Communion can be a challenge. Apart from that, this is a nice hotel to stay. Recommend!"

"Oh I absolutely loved this hotel! It’s walking distance (15-20mins max) to Sapporo Station, Susukino for shopping etc! And not to mention the great view of Odori Park just right infront! Service was great too, nothing to complain about at all! We’ll be back here when we travel to Sapporo City again."

"Standart ikiz yataklı oda, yemek için küçük bir kanepe ve sehpa ile iyi bir alana sahiptir ve kahvaltısı çok iyidir. Japon otelleri biraz küçük olsa da, buzdolabı ve kasalarla tam donanımlıdır. Ulaşımla ilgili özel bir not: Aslında, JR Sapporo İstasyonu'nun Doğu Kapısı'ndan (bilet kapısı) çıktıktan sonra, Şekil 2'de Kuzey Kapısı'nı (Hokkaido Üniversitesi'ne doğru) bulun. İstasyondan çıktıktan sonra, kırmızı ışığa doğru on metre ileriye (istasyon yönüne dik) yürüyün ve yolu geçin, ardından başka bir trafik ışığından sonra yaklaşık yirmi metre yürüyün ve 711'i göreceksiniz. Daha önce yorumları gördüm ve metro istasyonundan otele kadar 15. Çıkış'a kadar yürüyüşü takip ettim, bu yaklaşık 20 dakika sürüyor. Zemin aslında çok basit ve 5 dakikada ulaşılabiliyor. Otelden JR Sapporo İstasyonu'na nasıl gideceğinizi tekrar anlatacağım: Otelden sonra sağa gidin ve ikinci trafik ışığı kavşağında sola bakın. Şekil 4'te gösterildiği gibi JR Sapporo İstasyonu. Sadece yolu geçin ve yürüyün. 5 dakika uzaklıkta. Umarım size yardımcı olabilir. Hizmet: Çok iyi. Aynı oda tipini rezerve edemediğim için bir kez oda değiştirdim. Oynamaktan döndüğümde bagajım odaya teslim edilmişti."
