"Good location. Walking distance to pretty much all famous known locations in Sapporo. The room was clean and the bathroom was bigger than most hotels in Japan. I initially chose this hotel thinking it provided free parking but I had to pay about 2000 yen for one day parking which was from 14:00 hrs to 11:00 hrs. Had to pay a bit extra for the few hours outside those hours. Overall, it was affordable and recommend staying here."

"A brand new hotel offering rooms larger than the typical Japanese standard size. Excellent location, about a 5-minute walk from Sapporo Railway Station, with direct access to the subway station and the underground passage."

"Fantastic location with easy access to Nakajima station in less than 10mins walk. Room was huge by Japanese standards. Only shame is the vibrating noise from above despite the fact that we were staying on the highest level 11."

"The hotel is very convenient as it is near to the subway station and also the bus station to and from the airport. Bus journey is about 70mins depending on the traffic conditions. There are restaurants just below the hotel and there are lots of convenience store along the stretch of street, a shopping mall is just next door. The rooms are comfy, you can collect your amenities next to the reception in the lobby. The rooms are also clean. Room service is done every 3 days."

"We’ve enjoyed our stay at Mitsui Garden West. Their staff made us feel very welcomed, which we feel very appreciative of. Knowing we’re on our honeymoon, they very thoughtfully added well wishes on our room’s Tv screen, and even gifted us a Mitsui bear for the occasion 🤍🥹 The only part we thought could be improved was the laundry situation — there’s only 2 washer/dryers for the whole hotel, each located in the men and women’s bath. It would be great if more washers were available. Other than that, we have no complains and sincerely thank the amazing staff!"

"The staff services are not awful. After staying for three nights and checking out, the chunky lady refused to store my luggage. She asked for my passport right after I passed the main entrance and in the lounge area but not the front desk. I understand only a small portion of Japanese people understand English. I spoke slowly to her in English and told her I was speaking in English and surely she knows I'm speaking in English. However, she keeps using a Mandarin translation pocket device and didn't realise Cantonese language is different. I see English has been the lingua franca but that's not the lady's and her coworker's views. Try to avoid this hotel if you're a Hongkongese, *********, Mainland Chinese because more than one staff member is racist. They will just keep rolling their eyes and their facial expressions and fitgets are telling their guests only Japanese people are welcomed."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The view from the room was absolutely beautiful, and the large window allowed us to enjoy the full scenery outside, which made the stay even more relaxing. The room also comes with a bathtub, which was a great bonus — perfect for soaking and unwinding after a long day. Overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable experience. Nearby there are lawson, 7-11, family mart and big supermarket near our hotel. Opposite our hotel, there is a ramen shop that have very nice ramen and chicken karage. But the only thing the train station is a bit far from the hotel."

"Location is great. Just a few minutes from the subway which is great. Staff are kind and helpful. Room space is adequate. For improvement, maybe they can upgrade the bathroom so it doesn’t look old. Other than that, a great stay. Would definitely consider booking the same hotel next visit. 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼"

"Standart ikiz yataklı oda, yemek için küçük bir kanepe ve sehpa ile iyi bir alana sahiptir ve kahvaltısı çok iyidir. Japon otelleri biraz küçük olsa da, buzdolabı ve kasalarla tam donanımlıdır. Ulaşımla ilgili özel bir not: Aslında, JR Sapporo İstasyonu'nun Doğu Kapısı'ndan (bilet kapısı) çıktıktan sonra, Şekil 2'de Kuzey Kapısı'nı (Hokkaido Üniversitesi'ne doğru) bulun. İstasyondan çıktıktan sonra, kırmızı ışığa doğru on metre ileriye (istasyon yönüne dik) yürüyün ve yolu geçin, ardından başka bir trafik ışığından sonra yaklaşık yirmi metre yürüyün ve 711'i göreceksiniz. Sadece yolu geçin ve yürüyün. 5 dakika uzaklıkta. Umarım size yardımcı olabilir. Hizmet: Çok iyi. Aynı oda tipini rezerve edemediğim için bir kez oda değiştirdim. Oynamaktan döndüğümde bagajım odaya teslim edilmişti."
