"A Relaxing and Convenient City Getaway I thoroughly enjoyed my recent stay at this hotel. Its location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the city, with shops, restaurants, major sights, and public transport all just a few minutes’ walk away. It made getting around incredibly easy and stress-free. The hot spring facilities were wonderful: clean, well-maintained, and pleasantly quiet. The water was at the perfect temperature, and soaking in the onsen provided the ultimate relaxation after a day of sightseeing. My room was spotless and comfortable, with fresh linens, modern amenities, and good soundproofing for a peaceful night’s sleep. Housekeeping was excellent throughout my stay. The staff stood out for their politeness and attentiveness—everyone from reception to the concierge was friendly, professional, and quick to assist with a genuine smile. Overall, this hotel offers a great combination of prime location, soothing onsen, clean rooms, and warm service. Perfect for anyone seeking comfort and convenience in the city. Highly recommended!"

"Location is great. Just a few minutes from the subway which is great. Staff are kind and helpful. Room space is adequate. For improvement, maybe they can upgrade the bathroom so it doesn’t look old. "We stayed on the 17th floor and enjoyed an excellent view of Sapporo city, from the clock tower to the ferris wheel. The lights were especially delightful at night. The check in and out service is efficient, albeit impersonal, but we didnt mind that at all. The hotel is beside Nakajima Koen, and its slightly situated further away from the hustle n bustle of Susukino. If u like the relative quiet, that's part of the charm :)"

"Hotel looks new, but when you look closely, a lot of places are moldy, especially near the Onsen bath. When I entered my room after check in, I found a used razor in the bath area, cleaning service is poor. There is also no power socket near the bed. Plenty of tea choices in the lounge on the 2/F."

"Overall it was a solid choice, especially if convenience is your top priority. Pros: • Super friendly and helpful staff – they made check-in smooth and were always smiling. • Loved the free welcome drink (choice of wine or sake) – nice touch upon arrival. • Free drinks available 24/7 in the lobby – very handy. • Extremely convenient location right next to subway and train station – easy to get around. • Multiple restaurants and a convenience store right downstairs – perfect for quick meals or snacks without going far. Cons: • The room layout feels a bit strange/awkward (odd shape and angles). • Once you open your suitcase, there’s hardly any floor space left to move around comfortably. • The room wasn’t very clean – noticed some dust and spots that could have been better maintained."

"We booked two rooms for a family of four. First, the location is strategic, they have a back door leading straight to Tanukikoji shopping street. Second, the service is attentive. They offer heating pads upon arrival to the hotel during the midnight 1am. Third, the rooms are clean and well organised, the layout makes sense and the toilets are the best. Will return! 5/5."
