4 Yıldız Oslo Otellerini Bulun

Seyahatimi, Evje Moen'de başka bir grupla buluşmak üzere planladığım bir iş seyahati için Trip.com aracılığıyla ayarladım. Daha önce belirttiklerinden bir gün önce buluşabilecekleri ortaya çıktı. Home Hotel Bastion'a 26/5'i silip 30/5 ile değiştirmeyi teklif ettim, ancak kabul edilmedi. Sorun şu ki, ABD'den ayrılmadan önce isteğimi mesajla bildirmeme rağmen Trips.com buna izin vermedi. Makul bir süre içinde değişiklik yapmak için bir düzenleme olmalıydı.

Perfectly acceptable hotel room, nice bathroom. 15 mins into the City Centre on the tram/tube that's 5 minutes walk away. Amazing spread for breakfast. Very nice staff at reception/restaurant and cleaning/maintenance staff. Lovely Thai restaurant opposite.

Definitely a busier part of town but we enjoyed being in the middle of it. Could see and hear the water fountains in the park from window. There is a little second level perch/balcony which was amazing to sit at during the evening sun while sipping some of the delicious white wine provided by hotel. Easy walk to the train stations and overall great location for walking to all of the places we wanted to go to. Beds were very comfortable and we had excellent sleep! Morning breakfast was amazing and had a very nice ambiance! I can’t believe the fresh juice station and health shots…America needs to step up the game as far as hotel breakfasts.

The best boutique hotel in Oslo exceeds all expectations, where everything is outstanding.

Numa Hallen'da iyi bir deneyim olmadı. ÖNERİLMEZ. Odalar büyük, temiz ve sessiz. Ancak, ”otel” hiçbir personel tarafından desteklenmiyor. Dijital check-in başlangıçta başarısız oldu. Tavsiye edildiği gibi check-in e-postasını almadık. Belki de Trip gibi üçüncü bir taraf yerine doğrudan Numa ile rezervasyon yaparsanız bu işe yarayabilir. Bilmiyorum. Web sitesini ve Trip'in ilan ettiği telefon numarasını arayarak check-in e-postası aldık. Bağlantısı kesilmiş. Bu kusur önceki yorumlarda kayıtlı, bu şikayetleri okuyan var mı? Önceki yorumları okudum ve kapının önünde bulunan WhatsAPP numarasını not ettim. Buna hazır olduğumuzu düşündük. WhatsAPP numarasında yalnızca sanal bir görevli var. Yani sözlü iletişim yok, yalnızca kısa metin mesajları okunabiliyor. Birçok engeli aştık ve sonunda otelin dışındaki kaldırımda check-in bilgilerimizi aldık. Bir süre sokakta uyuyacağımızı düşünmüştük. İçeri girdiğimizde mutfakta yemek pişirirken pencereyi açık bırakmakla ilgili büyük bir tabela olduğunu fark ettik. Ertesi sabah otel bölümündeki tüm yangın alarmları çaldı. Belki bir yerlerde kapalı bir pencere vardı. Alarm kapatılamadı, bu yüzden birçok kişi gibi çantalarımızla birlikte tahliye edildik. Sanırım tabelanın belirginliğinden dolayı sık sık oluyor. Deneyim iyi değildi ve teknolojinin hayatı daha zor hale getirmesinin harika bir örneği. İnsanları misafirperverlik işlerinden uzaklaştırma arayışı misafirperverlik yönünü zayıflatıyor. Ayrıca anlamsız, değersiz, hesapsız özürler dışında hiçbir yedek bırakmıyor. İletişim arızaları ve yangın alarmı ihlali önemli altyapı eksiklikleridir. Tekrar orada kalmam.

Simple hotel, yet clean. Staff are very helpful. Location is easy walk from the train station through the shopping mall, but it is not exactly near the center of attractions. Breakfast is simple but very nice (really love their croissants). Appreciate the breakfast pack given by the hotel for us also; since our train to Bergen is very early in the morning 🙂

我們預訂的家庭房，是2張單人床配一個梳化床，但是沒有什麼景觀，房間就在1層，窗外就是堡坎，如果度假希望有更好的視野和景觀，可以定高級家庭房，實景看到高級家庭房更大，配置的是2張單人床和一個高低床，外面就是草坪，價格略貴，不過整體斯堪的品質還是不錯的，早餐標準化，酒店旁邊是個滑雪場，最高點可俯瞰奧斯陸全景，很震撼

For our stay, we booked a studio apartment at The Sweet. The room was lovely and kitchenette was well-equipped. We were able to cook meals there over the days of Christmas when most restaurants and shops were closed. The location is a little outside of the center- nice and quiet but easy to access public transit. My biggest issue with this hotel was that communication was very… odd. As the booking notes, I called the hotel in advance to schedule my check-in. When my call was answered, I told them who I was and that I was calling to schedule my check in (for a time when the booking said check in is available). I was told no one would be at reception at that time (3pm on Dec 23) and they would text me instructions for how to check myself in. Then she confirmed my phone number and asked for my email address, but when I started to give it, she said, “oh, that’s ok. We can’t use email anyway”. Odd. Before getting off the phone, I had her confirm that I would receive a text the next day with instructions to check in. Our train arrived around 2pm in Oslo and we still hadn’t received a text, so we waited at the train station thinking perhaps they would send the text right at 3pm since that was the time I had requested. At 3, I still hadn’t received anything, so we called the hotel again. A different employee answered from the one I had spoken to the day before. I gave my name and explained that I was calling because I had scheduled check in the day before but hadn’t received the information to check in. The employee asked where I was and told me that there were people staffing reception to help us check in, which I thought was odd because the previous employee told me no one would be there. When we got to the hotel, we rang the bell and got into the building, but reception is apparently in the basement- there is only a very tiny sign that says this- so we missed it and I called them again. A man came up with our keys and got us set to go. We got into our room and it was lovely! About 5 hours later, I got a call from Trip saying that the hotel is trying to contact me because they are wondering why I hadn’t checked in and they don’t have a way to get in touch with me. I was sitting in the hotel room when I got this call. I told the Trip representative that I was checked in and it was fine for her to give my phone and email to the hotel. I know the communication elements have taken up a huge portion of my review and I know they are not the end of the world, but I want to share them because I believe it would be quite simple to avoid situations like this in the future and make the guest experience that much more pleasant at The Sweet. We greatly enjoyed our stay at the hotel overall and thoroughly enjoyed exploring Oslo!

Myself and a group of HE students have returned home from a conference where we stayed in this hotel. The staff were really helpful and polite. Every morning we would ask for fresh towels at reception and these were either provided there and then or delivered to the room within 10 minutes of the request. The hotel is located around 10-15 minutes walk away from the marina, the tube station, royal palace. The students really enjoyed how central the hotel was to everything. Check in and out was smooth, and the rooms were clean. There was a QR code in the room to scan if you wanted the cleaner to come in on a daily basis.  There was a small selection of snacks in the reception area to purchase. On the other hand the breakfast variety was really good.  From fresh waffles and pancakes to cooked breakfast, cereal, yoghurt and fruit, fresh smoothies and juices.  Overall this hotel is great if you want a base to go and explore Oslo. I would recommend this hotel to a weekend away.
