On July 24, 2019, the City of Mountain Home was the very first in the state of Arkansas to implement a Downtown Entertainment District. Between the hours of 4:30 p.m. and midnight daily, patrons of the district can leave a restaurant or bar with a single commercially branded paper or plastic cup of beer, wine or a mixed drink to be consumed in the boundaries of the district.We invite you to take an evening stroll down to our local square to enjoy a 5-star dinner at Rapp’s Barren Brewery & Gastropub. They have some of Arkansas best craft brews! Close the evening off with a glass of wine at Crush Studio. When you wake up tomorrow, we know you’ll need a pick me up after your fun night, so take a short walk to Cove Coffee for some gourmet coffee and baked goods!If you forget something, there is a grocery store right next door. Located just a short drive to Norfolk Lake, and 1 mile from Cranfield Boat Dock, the house is just minutes from shopping, restaurants and downtown Mountain Home. Enjoy panoramic views as you relax on the large terrace overlooking the lake, with plenty of outdoor seating. An open floor plan, this home can accommodate either a small family or a large group of up to 11 guests with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, located at opposite ends of the house and a game room with its own private entrance. The game room is equipped with a pool table, dart board, board games, futon and juke box where you can dance the night away. The juke box contains a record player, FM radio and blue tooth. The home is fully furnished with a stocked kitchen, keurig and drip coffee makers, toaster, microwave, crockpot, dishware and spices. The property, located on almost an acre, has a circular driveway, with ample parking for cars, boats or trailers. We have added large parking pads to accommodate vehicles and boats.
