Additional Notes: • This home is allows one dog, mature and crate-trained with a maximum weight of 50lbs for an additional rent of $25 per night plus tax. Pets left unattended must be crated. • All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided • Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am • Firewood: You may purchase firewood for the outdoor firepit from us and have it delivered prior to your arrival. This service requires one-week notice prior to arrival, no exceptions. The cost for firewood is $25 per night, plus 12.75% tax. The home was thoughtfully updated and features a fully stocked, modern kitchen with new appliances, updated bathrooms and smart TVs in each of the bedrooms and common areas. Additionally, the home has heating and AC units throughout the home to provide comfort during any season and weather! We are pet friendly and charge a non refundable $100 pet fee (per pet, for a weekend stay, for longer please note there might be an additional charge). The main level, which is easily accessible from the parking area (2 steps) features an open space perfect for groups! Enjoy ski slope views while dining at a table that comfortably seats 8 guests or relax by the wood burning fireplace. There is one bedroom (queen bed) and bath on the main level, on the second level there are three bedrooms: master (king bed), bedroom 2 (queen bed) and bunk room (2 twin beds (top bunk/ trundle floor bed) and 1 full bottom bunk, as well as two full bathrooms (master and guest).
