Located in the Lumber Arts District of Brevard, it is perfectly situated for easy walking access to all Brevard has to offer. The Cottage was fully remodeled in 2009 and is both comfortable and functional. Enjoy coffee on the porch while listening to the local birds and spotting White Squirrels! And there is a private hot tub! (Please note If you wish to use the hot tub there is a $25 maintenance fee per reservation.
