The 4th bedroom has a Queen size bed. A large living room area , kitchen and dining room. Beautiful landscaping, a swimming pool and an outdoor sitting area with patio and BBQ. It is just a 10 min drive to Santa Barbara. Perfect for large groups, families and business professionals. The House is approximately 4,500 square feet. Its on two levels. It consists of Three bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms.The master bedroom is on the first level, with a hand carved bird eye maple fireplace and is approximately 600 square feet.
