The building was completely renovated while keeping the original trim, doors and windows. In the commercial space below, we have a small venue space/wine/bourbon bar that has live music on Thursday through Saturday. The music is usually from 7-11pm. Most guests come down and enjoy. Detergent is provided, free of charge. ParkingThe home has one private parking space, located in the back parking lot which is attached to the building. Additional street parking spots are available. Accessibility & Security There are 4 stairs outside the unit and roughly 28 stairs going up to the unit itself. From the second floor to the third floor also has stairway. The 2nd and 3rd floors do not have an elevator so you must be able to climb the staircase and carry luggage. This is a historic building, so the stairs are steep. Cameras are in the parking lot and entrance way of the building, including the foyer. Please note: only registered guests are allowed at the unit.Added bonus, we have a small wine bar located in the commercial space below the loft. This home is close to it all yet feels so far away. You are 5 minutes from 64 and can make it to almost anywhere in St. Louis in 30 minutes or less. The mall, grocery and restaurants are all 10 minuets away. The pool table is in the basement along with a wet barn and small refrigerator. The back yard is fenced. There are lights above the back patio.The house has a 2 car garage and double driveway. I have an office at the storage facility that is on the main road by the entrance.This house sits behind a large storage facility on 30 + acres. We just rehabbed the second house on the property and plan to live there until our kids graduate and move on. We also have a large barn on the back of the property we will be offering for special occasions.
