"Room- Room booked came with floor heater which was great for winter. Room was impressively designed with zen concept. Very well maintained and cleaned. Came also equipped with smart ”Xiaodu” features. Only downside was our room was viewing out to the adjacent construction site. Service- Front desk staff was not very friendly on two occassions. Once upon check in, and once when we enquired on the reservation on the hot tub usage. They wasnt very keen to help out even though we were chinese speaking guest. Took a while almost 45min for them also to get back to us on the use of hot tub that evening. Breakfast- Included in our booking. Basic simple spread. Cafe get quite busy in the morning and difficulty get a table. Location - 5min to the main scenic entrance & another 7min to the F&B cluster area. It can get a bit dark at night for the walk. The only downside is the shuttle bus booked on Trip.com is 1km walk away from this hotel. Might be a hassle when lugging your luggage or in the dark. Hotel was japanese zen concept hence does not exude the grandeur based on first impression. Paid premium for this hotel compared against other cheaper options within the same stretch. Overall it was still a good 2 night stay here."

"We stayed at the Hilton in Jiuzhaigou for three days with our family, and it was a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. At every touchpoint, we felt the warmth and attentiveness of the service team. A special mention goes to the customer service manager, Janice, who was incredibly thoughtful. She surprised our children with adorable teddy bears, which made their day. Knowing that we were visiting Jiuzhaigou, she also prepared disposable bath covers and bath salts for us—such a considerate gesture after a long day of sightseeing. Our children were not very used to the local cuisine, so we ordered pasta from the hotel. It turned out to be delicious, and the portion size was very generous, which we really appreciated. My kids also enjoyed playing at their kids club. Overall, it was a memorable and comfortable stay for our whole family. We would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit."

"The hotel is near the attraction by taking a DIDI which takes 5 min. Comfortable beds too. Children enjoyed the stay as much as adult. Did I mention the breakfast which serve surprising fresh grounded coffee (taste good BTW). Recommended."

The cars arrived almost instantly upon request, demonstrating remarkable efficiency and concern for guest comfort. A special shout-out must go to Ms. May who helped us check-in at the Reception counter. She took excellent care of us from the moment we stepped into the hotel, processing our check-in smoothly and efficiently. Her welcoming presence set a wonderful tone for the rest of our stay. 🍳 Delightful Dining Experience The breakfast at the Conrad was another major positive. The spread was wide and diverse, offering something for everyone in our group, and the taste and quality were truly excellent. It was the perfect start to our long days of sightseeing. "Location of the hotel is about 10mins car ride to the busy area, so for food have to travel out or order food delivery, but it’s not an issue. Room is spacious and hotel is beautiful. Washer and dryer available to so laundry. The best thing is that they provide free supper of 11 items for selection. Small portion just nice for supper and delicious. All room deliveries done by the robot which is super cute, amazing technology ! They provide transport to the park entrance. Coffee and tea provided near the reception . Overall is a great hotel, loved it. If I have to nitpick, the attitude of the reception is quite cold with no smiles or efforts to explain the area or anything."

"We had a truly wonderful and memorable stay at Grand Rezen Jiuzhaigou Resort. The hotel enjoys a very convenient location—just about a 10-minute drive to Jiuzhaigou, with plenty of nearby restaurants and local shops right next door. The shuttle service to the park (RMB 4 per person) was very well arranged and made our daily trips completely hassle-free. Our triple room was spacious, warm, and extremely comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a full day of exploring. The breakfast, featuring a wide variety of local dishes, was both plentiful and satisfying, giving us a great start each morning. A very special mention goes to our butler, Xiaohan, whose care and attentiveness truly exceeded expectations—he was even more thoughtful than my mom! He consistently looked out for us, gently reminding us to be cautious of potential tourist scams in the area. Knowing that nearby massage services might not meet expectations, he thoughtfully arranged an in-room herbal foot soak for all of us, which was such a comforting and unique touch. He also connected with us on WeChat and remained responsive even late at night when we needed additional toiletries. Overall, this is a comfortable resort with genuinely thoughtful and service. "Large and clean hotel in the area with very helpful staff. Everything we needed was accommodated. They even helped us get to the bus station after checkout! Breakfast was great and the shuttle to the park entrance was very convenient."

"This is a new hotel near the big name hotels but at a much better price! Service was also top notch even before we reached the hotel. We added the concierge on WeChat and were able to get tips on how to get to the hotel. Remember to add them on WeChat! Other than that our room has an indoor onsen and heated flooring which made for a very cozy night after a long cold day out at Jiuzhaigou. Another highlight was the food. We were tempted to get the hotpot but the beef set which is cooked by the restaurant was one of the best meals we've had on this Chengdu trip. All in all, a great property to stay for a differentiated experience away from the international names."
