"Burada toplam 4 gece 5 gün kaldım. Bu otel turistik yerlerden biraz uzaktı, ancak iyi bir fiyata 5 yıldızlı bir otelde kalabildiğim için minnettarım. Ölçekler, olanaklar, kahvaltılar ve hizmetler bu oteli dört yıldızlı otellerden ayırıyordu ve personel olağanüstü derecede cana yakındı. Özellikle, sanatçı mimarlar otel inşaatına katıldı ve sanatsal iç mekanlar sergilediler. Bir sanat eseriyle karşılaştırılabilecek bir odada kalmak, seyahat için güzel bir deneyimdi. Konaklamam sırasında odayı bir kez değiştirdim ve ikinci oda, bir uzay gemisine biniyormuş gibi hissetmemi sağlayan hem sanatsal hem de pratiklik açısından mükemmeldi. İkinci odada, özellikle banyo olanaklarından memnun kaldım. Ayrıca, Toledo'da seyahat ederken yaralanan anneme yardım eden tüm personele özellikle minnettarım."

"Bu sefer teraslı bir oda ayırttım. Teras arkadaşlarla bir araya gelmek ve şarap içmek için mükemmel! Otel, SOL Puerta del Sol'un yakınında, sadece birkaç dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde yer almaktadır. Odanın fotoğraflarını çekmeyi unuttum. En önemlisi, gece yarısı saat 2'de giriş yapan ön büro personeli, gezilecek yerleri heyecanla tavsiye etti. Beşimizin havaalanına çok verimli bir şekilde gitmesi için. Bu otelin en ilginç yanı, birinci katta bir tiyatronun bulunmasıdır. Geceleri sıklıkla gösteriler yapılıyor. Burada kalan arkadaşlar bir dahaki sefere önceden rezervasyon yaptırabilirler. Acelemiz olduğu için gidip göremedik. Şiddetle tavsiye edilir!"

"這是一家本地的酒店集團。服務真心太一般了。辦理入住手續的時候，等了半天，工作人員一直在説話，因為不懂西語，以為她們在説什麼事情。過了會兒看錶情不太對，上前詢問，才説哦，原來您要辦理入住啊，她不知道🤷♀️暈！不辦理入住在前台排隊幹啥呀？酒店房間大小還算可以，但是設施真的算不上五星。一千六一天的價格基本沒有性價比。很後悔沒有選國際連鎖的那幾個酒店，洲際也差不多就是2200到2500。最需要注意的是，攜程在訂酒店的頁面給了這個酒店親子酒店的標簽，我也是衝著這個定的。然而酒店的游泳池不接待六歲以下的孩子。並且，游泳是需要提前預約的……可以理解，酒店游泳池不大，所以需要預約，但是至少前台辦理入住的時候要告知吧？小朋友開開心心換了游泳衣下去，不讓遊，失望的又走了。我趕緊試着去預約，結果負責預約的人去給客人做SPA了，不知道什麼時候能回到接待台…好在遇到了一個很熱心的工作人員，幫忙聯繫協調。最後説破例給小朋友遊一次，不過衹能是晚上八點到八點四十五……雖然很感謝這個工作人員，但是那個時間小朋友早就睡覺了💤最後也失望的沒能游泳。一直問我為什麼小朋友不允許游泳。衹能盡力解釋是媽媽的疏忽，沒有約位置。假如也是衝著親子這個標簽預訂的，那麼千萬要三思。預訂的時候這個酒店一直是置頂的，估計應該是給攜程的佣金比較高，或者買了推薦位置。性價比算不上差，但是真心一般般。"
