My recent stay at the Kozmo Hotel Suites and Spa in Budapest was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, the experience was luxurious and flawless. Here’s why this hotel deserves all five stars: 1. Warm Welcome and Check-in: Upon arrival, we were greeted by the friendly and attentive staff who immediately made us feel at home. The check-in process was seamless, and they provided us with a helpful overview of the hotel’s amenities, spa services, and nearby attractions. The lobby itself is stunning, with modern decor and a welcoming atmosphere. 2. The Room: We stayed in one of the Kozmo Rooms, which was beautifully appointed with elegant, contemporary furnishings. The spaciousness of the room was impressive, with a separate living area, a comfortable king-size bed, and floor-to-ceiling windows that offered breathtaking views of the city. The room was immaculately clean, and the design was both stylish and practical. Every detail, from the plush linens to the luxurious bathroom amenities, screamed luxury. 3. The Spa: The spa at Kozmo Hotel is truly a hidden gem! After long days of exploring the city, we treated ourselves to a massage and some time in the sauna. The staff at the spa were professional and the treatments were incredibly relaxing. The heated pool and whirlpool were the perfect spots to unwind, and the ambiance in the spa area was tranquil, with soft lighting and calming music. 5. Location: The hotel’s location is perfect for exploring Budapest. It’s situated in the heart of the city, within walking distance to many of the major attractions, including the Danube River, Parliament, and St. Stephen’s Basilica. There are also plenty of cafés and shops nearby, making it easy to experience the best of Budapest’s culture and cuisine. 6 Exceptional Service: What truly sets Kozmo Hotel apart is the level of service. Every staff member we encountered was courteous, helpful, and went out of their way to ensure we had an amazing stay. They provided great recommendations for restaurants and activities, and they were always ready to assist with any request we had. The location is excellent. The room was nice, large spotless clean with good view. The breakfast was not very impressive, comparing to other hotels in the same category in Budapest. The service was five start. We were very pleased with the exception of the breakfast, it definitely needs improvement. We will return, we liked the hotel.

Otel personeli düşmanca davrandılar ve art arda 5 gün kaldılar ve çıkışta bir saatlik gecikmeyi kabul etmediler. Kahvaltı salonunda servis yavaş ve zayıf. Omlet sipariş etmek için yarım saat beklemeniz gerekiyor. Kahvaltıda çok fazla seçenek yok. Tadı ortalama ve fiyatı da ucuz değil. Pek çok küçük detay misafirlerin kendilerini hiç de sıcak hissetmemelerine neden oluyor.

Büyük otellerde giriş işlemlerinin saat 16.00'da olması gerekiyor, bu da sabah uzun mesafeli bir uçuşla varmak için biraz rahatsız edici. The hotel was impeccable. The option of having a choice of pillows was a wonderful touch. The heated pool and sauna provided a nice break and rest during the holiday.

Wonderful hotel with an amazing location. Radisson Basilica is hitting all the right things - newly opened and modern but also with a great staff, especially the reception. One thing I must say, cleaning team is also excellent and professional

Solda dinlenme alanı, sağda ise çok işlevli restoran bulunmaktadır. Çeşitli mavi öğeler dekore edilmiştir. Hem klasik karmaşıklık hem de modern moda vardır. Buradaki tüm bina bir sanat eseridir. Birçok ayrıntı arasında merdivenler, mermer mozaik zeminler, kemerli koridorlar ve geniş çiçek pencereleri yer almaktadır. . Odada, tasarımcı öğeleri aşırı derecede kullanmıştır. Zıt renklerin büyük ve küçük blokları çeşitli malzemelerle birleştirilmiştir. Yatak odası, taze, şık ve rahat olan farklı pembe ve mavi renkler kullanır. Akşam yemeği işi çok iyidir. Gençlerin bir araya geldiği bir yer. Bahar Şenliği tatili. Çin yemekleri var. Her garson çok güzel, genç ve coşkulu

Budapeşte'ye ilk gelişimiz ve ilk gecemizi Rock Hotel'de geçirmeye karar verdik. Otel, pek çok tur alanına ve restorana yürüme mesafesinde, olağanüstü bir konuma sahiptir. Rezervasyon yaptığımız oda o kadar geniş değil ve odamızda iki adet 28 inçlik valiz saklayacak kadar yerimiz yoktu. Ama yine de burada iyi bir deneyim yaşadık, unutulmaz kısımlar plak çalar ve konforlu yataktır. Beş yıldızlı bir otel olarak diğerlerine göre biraz daha uygun fiyatlı, harcadığımız fiyata bakılırsa deneyimimize 9/10 veririm.

Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The location is absolutely incredible !!! Just step outside, and you’re already in the heart of the city, surrounded by its most iconic landmarks. The service exceeded all expectations! We were warmly welcomed and even offered early check-in, which was a wonderful surprise. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options, and the coffee was really good . Every detail made us feel genuinely cared for- we would return without hesitation!
