"Muthi Maya's staff has really good service and they went beyond my expectation to provide me with a cake as it was my partner's birthday. I have stayed with their other hotel within the kirimaya group, Atta, and my experience there was a really good and pleasant one, hence chose to stay at another of their sister hotel. However, Muthi maya is very far from most facilities and facilities are only accessible via their shuttle service based on certain timings or by driving. During the stay, one of my kids experienced a medical emergency, a allergy reaction, a first for me, and Kirimaya group's hotel is not the hotel you want to stay at when you are faced with a medical emergency. Firstly, Muthi Maya's reception does not have the basic necessity of a medical kit or medical bag. We even contacted the Kirimaya's hotel reception and Atta's hotel reception and there was no medical bag that we can have access to. Secndly, the nearest hospital is at least 30km away. My kid's breathing pipe was closing and waiting for the ambulance was definitely not a good idea. So if staying here, Driving is the best way to get here. Other than this huge scare, because i stayed during their 'non-peak' period, the hotel breakfast was not the usual buffet and this was a huge disappointment for me as i was looking forward to a good breakfast given i have stayed at Atta before and the breakfast was really good when i stayed there. one night in Muthi Maya cost twice as much as atta as well, Hence the high expectations. Overall, i would say the room was really huge, and pool in the villa was really clean. but sadly because of the situation i had face, i would reconsider booking this group of hotel in the future."

"I recently stayed at this wonderful resort, and it was a truly relaxing and comfortable experience. The young and friendly staff consistently wore smiles, even as we lingered in the restaurant well past its supposed closing time of 10:30 pm. Their unwavering friendliness left a lasting impression on us. The thoughtful touches included a complimentary afternoon tea with a variety of drinks and snacks, a hand-drawn goodnight note prepared by the staff, and the delightful surprise of a birthday cake. These gestures made us feel truly special. I highly recommend this resort to everyone!"

"One of the best hotels I've stayed at! The hotel is peaceful, extremely clean, spacious, and beautifully designed—perfect for a solo traveler looking for a relaxing staycation. The quiet atmosphere made it easy to unwind, and the surroundings were just as lovely, with a refreshing view from the balcony that made me feel like I was in another country. The staff were all very nice and polite, especially Top, who was incredibly helpful. It was easy to make requests, particularly for transportation around the Toscana Valley area, which made getting around hassle-free. All the waiters and staff throughout Toscana were friendly and welcoming—they always had a smile on their faces, which made the experience even more enjoyable. There are plenty of restaurant options nearby, so food is never a problem. Breakfast was great, with a wide variety of options to choose from—definitely a great way to start the day. And a special touch that made my stay even more memorable was the complimentary birthday cake they gave me—it was such a thoughtful gesture! Overall, it’s a perfect getaway from the noisy city, Highly recommended!"

"Overall, the stay was good except for the toilet. After showering, the water would pool and took quite some time to drain. The door also could not close fully, causing water to flow out. We had to keep requesting for the toilet to be cleaned because there was a persistent stench."
