Need to have the ice machines serviced so a guest doesn’t have to walk the hole way around the building and then be told to go find another one and it didn’t work and if that was didn’t go up the stairs and there is another one there and it didn’t work so we had to walk the hole way around the building again on the second floor to find one ice machine that worked. Then while walking all the way around the stairs outside to go to the ground floor and parking lot were closed (Saftey Issue if there was a fire). The service desk employees were very polite.

Not very clean at all. The floor was dirty already upon arrival, and the vents in my room were dusty and dirty. The sheets and comforters had stains, and the remote and door knobs were not cleaned. Bundles up dirty washcloths behind the door in the bathroom, and a used washcloth from the previous person still was hanging up on the shower curtain rod. The tub with filthy and underneath of the bed was disgusting. Part of the ceiling were falling apart. The AC blew hot and the ice machine didn’t work. $40 deposit when you check in that was not mentioned ahead of time. Wasn’t asked how the stay was, likely because they know it’s filthy.

Great location,. The entire property is in desperate need of a renovation.
The chlorine smell and vapors from the indoor pool are extremely strong if you have a room overlooking the pool. I did. Ask for a room not near the pool.

It’s an older no frills hotel. Indoor pool. Noisy til 11;00 when it closes. Beds were comfy. Order hotel but that’s okay. Good location.

Convenient to Penn State, free breakfast was standard, rooms clean enough but property is old.

The hotel is very outdated. Our bathroom light constantly flickered. The hairdryer sounded like a food processor. We couldn’t use it. Half of the hotel is like a motel… We won’t be back. The only positives were the price and the coffee was actually good.

Property is not a newer hotel has some age to it. Seems like trying to keep property clean and maintained. Enjoyed stay and anytime we asked a question staff was always there to help and had a great attitude. Would definity stay there again when in area.
