We enjoyed our stay at Harrahs. Checking in was a little bit longer as they were training new employees.

convenient to ski area, the only positive.
Condition of hotel was sad, property needs a major makeover. I love Tahoe and will travel there 2 - 3 times per year. I will not stay at Harrahs while the hotel is like it is.

Anniversary getaway was a bit disappointing. The property seemed worn out and not all that clean. No housekeeping services, which meant we had to empty our own trash cans and track down someone for clean towels. Some of the restaurants were either closed or had been relocated, so you couldn't depend on the signs or elevator buttons to locate them. Workout room was small and dingy, and the pool's jacuzzi was empty and closed off.

Loved staying at Harrah’s except for the fact that i had to pay $35 since my ‘room type’ wasn’t available at 3 pm. I thought with platinum status, I was allowed a n upgrade and early check in :(

Dirty, smelled bad, worn carpet, broken furniture, torn wallpaper, really limited food choices, $29 resort fee that basically charged for internet without much else included. I wouldn’t stay again.

Great location. Smelled like smoke downstairs/******. Pretty dated hotel, but was not horrible. staff were nice.

Room was not the cleanest. Dead moths in the shower. Very outdated with door panels and paint falling off. Best part of the room was that there was two full bathrooms.
