Spier was a great get away. I just wish we could have done the wine tasting at the restaurant at the hotel.

Провели очень классное время на винодельне, красивая территория, классные номера, отличный бассейн, вкусные завтраки и конечно же вино😍😍😍
У нас был номер на 2 этаже с террасой с шезлонгами - это вообще был отдельный класс - утром перед завтраком было очень приятно понежится на солнышке ❤️
Отдельное спасибо сотрудникам отеля с ресепшен😅 мы в отделе в сейфе забыли всё🙈 наши паспорта, права, все деньги и планшет🙃🙃🙃, опомнились через 300 км у мыса Игольный при заселении в другой отель, связались со Spier, заказали из Кейптауна курьера и нам все привезли в целости и сохранности уже вечером❤️❤️❤️

衞生：一般，有頭髮。
設施：較新，床品，浴品都可以。
環境：一般，離海有一段距離，但晚上很安靜。泳池很小，水不乾淨。
服務：接待處沒人，打了電話半天才來人。別的都好。
停車安全，有自己的車庫。

We have just left the hotel and in general, we had a wonderful visit. The Segway ride was amazing round the farm and the Instructor very helpful explaining the vineyard. The Vadas restaurant was lovely food, with lovely staff, the Picnic Cafe staff were rude and very unhelpful. We felt they just didn’t know what to do. I the Main restaurant, very good food and super attentive staff, wine was obviously a plus. Breakfast this morning seems to be issues, getting coffee and tea. Staff really not organised and rushing about reacting rather than being organised when a new customer arrives. Will defo be back, at some time in the future.

The welcoming staff on reception were so lovely and helpful. The room was little dated, but very comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was OK - but the evening meal was divine. There is lots to do at Spier - it is a lovely place to stay for a few days.

When looking for a location of our mini-moon post getting married we looked for a wine estate that caters to multiple needs as we like to explore the activities that are available. Spier did not disappoint as there is a range of activities to do from lounging in the pool, wine tasting through to experiencing a picnic with picturesque views. Staff were very friendly throughout and made our stay all the better! They provided great recommendations as to which activities to do when to maximise our short stay! The stay met our expectations of the wine which we already place in high esteem

Just appalling, Service was terrible. Food very average. This place is closing down for a renovation so don’t near it, senior members of staff avoided the tables because they realised how poor their service was, and didn’t even check back to see how service was. Overall, just a very poor experience. There is way better out there as this place treated its clients like fools.

We stayed at Spier for the first time in Feb 2024. It exceeded expectations and although the accommodation is now a little dated it is being completely refurbished over the coming months. Then it will hopefully match the Hugh standards everywhere else on the farm.
