The owner was most obliging and sent us off with a super packed breakfast when our flight was changed to an earlier departure.

Marla and Darrell treated us like old friends the minute we arrived. The home is a delight to see. Our room was very comfortable and well decorated. Marla’s breakfast looked like a work of art, and tasted even better. Thank you guys for a wonderful stay.

If I could give 6 stars I would! Not only were Marla and Daryl a delightful couple, the room and breakfast were super ! So clean and comfortable.

The Nelson House is one of the best B&Bs in Nova Scotia. The hosts are amazing and jumped through hoops so that we could leave early the day after our stay. The house is spotless and the beds, rooms and washrooms were beautifully appointed. We will definitely be back.

What a charming B&B! A delightful way to start our vacation. The room was lovely, cosy and comfy. The homemade breakfasts were absolutely delicious!

The owners are very friendly and pleasant. The property has a classical outlook and the bedroom was very spacious and elegant.
