Very well located, clean, lovely staff.
Mattress bit worn…
Noisy vent system when close to the staircase, better pick a room further in.
Had a pleasant stay anyway.

Everything was excellent other than I had to pay for my accommodation on arrival in spite of paying when I made my booking? Something I will check with my bank on return home!

Great location, central to the train station and various points of interest.  The hotel lobby is very nice, but the rooms could do with updating. Shout out to housekeeping. They were very efficient and cleaned the room to an excellent standard!
The Hotel Sauna was very disappointing, the light was broken and the heater wasn’t even hot? Frustrating for a 5* Hotel.
