The check in system is very easy and useful for late arrival. The location also nice.

Negatives:1- The VANDER app that works as a key, did not work on the first day upon my arrival( I arrived late and the reception was closed). 2- there was two washer and dryer sets in the hotel, however one set was out of order.
Positives: Close to the public transport, clean, spacious, and quiet rooms.
Overall, I was happy during my stay at this hotel apartment.

This a great place to stay , very clean , staff are welcoming and friendly . The rooms are spacious and clean , it doesnt have any breakfast or resturant but there were plenty nearby , good transport links , we wont hesitate to book again

They have a very weird lock system where you have to open your room with your phone. I didnt like this system because if your phone runs out of battery or your phone gets lost / stolen you cannot enter your room anymore.

The property is awesome for the first timers. You get all kitchen utensils if you want to cook. You have common laundry service for washing clothes.
Studio apartment or rooms are good for 2 ppl. Only missing part was no breakfast else everything was good.

Came here for a 1.5 weeks business trip; will not come back. On arrival, there was visible dust both on the floor and hanging from the air shafts. The bathroom sink is constantly clogging from running water. The silicone in the shower is old and brownish, the shower doors do not hold the water back, so you end up with a larger area of the bathroom flooded. The garbage sacks are super thin and easily leaking/broken. The worst is the noise the fridge makes, including at night - you sleep less than 1m apart from the fridge. On a positive note, the staff is very friendly and cool, there is a tiny gym including 3 machines (that is all) and you can help yourself to an umbrella, if needed. Cleaning is once per week, which is ok, but you do not get fresh towels or linen. Overall, too expensive for what you get, in my opinion.

The room was really hot and the air conditioner did not work at all. We called maintenance and they said that’s how it is and that we could open the window. There was a lot of noice from the street so that was not a good solution. We ended up leaving one day earlier and booked somewhere else because of this.
They also make you clean everything and take out all trash (why do we pay a cleaning fee then?)
I do not recommend and we will not come back.
