El hotel está muy bien ubicado. La habitación era un poco pequeña para llam**** Deluxe pero por lo general el resto de cosas estaban bien. El desayuno bueno y variado, pero los tres días tenían lo mismo. El personal del hotel muy atento. El restaurante y el bar le dan un ambiente joven y cool al hotel.

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location near many amenities. However, if you want to sleep before 1 a.m. when the bar downstairs closes, you should stay elsewhere. The staff was very responsive to us and said they asked the for the music to be turned down and gave us earplugs, but ask to be in a room away from the bar if you want to stay here.

Unfortunately the story hotel in Stockholm is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in.
This is the first time I have ever complained about a hotel to this extreme.
We had 3 rooms booked and all of us complained about the noise.
Loud music until very late meant disrupted sleep. Shouting from the street and noise from the hallway and surrounding rooms.
The breakfast was constantly busy and the food was not very nice at all if there was anything left.
We noticed when making the bed on the last morning that the duvet was disgusting and stained.
We could not wait to leave.
When complaining the staff shrugged their shoulders
Sounds like you get a lot of complaints.

A very positive surprise. You have to expect some of the sound from the bar in the basement but those sounds just mean that people are enjoying their stay and it didn't bother me.

Overall really happy with the stay. The hotel's location is unbeatable and everything works really smoothly. I stayed in a king room and there's no counter space what so ever in the bathroom - must be designed by a man. Only a spot to lay your toothbrush, that's it. The max lighting in the room is quite dark.

Excellent location, 3 minutes walk from the Metro station, which is a station after the central station. They make room every day and do an excellent jo.
Hotel is on top of a bar, which can be noisy in the corridor but fine inside the room.
The breakfast is ok but the entire room is dark like nightclub.

A really disappointing stay overall. We had room 106. It was noisy, not especially comfortable. We really didn’t enjoy the decor, it wasn’t our vibe at all and not what we expected. We slept ok thanks to earplugs we requested from reception. Otherwise there was no chance of any sleep before the bar closed. The hotel is very noisy, all the doors slam, the bar is loud and we also had a room overlooking the street (the latter is completely understandable).
Breakfast was a strange affair and is served in a badly laid out space.

Comfortable hotel and rooms with edgy urban vibe. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast. Ideal location for shopping and exploring city, 5/10 minutes walk to quays/boats, close to metro and trams/buses.

The front desk staff and restaurant staff were friendly helpful and overall excellent.
Rooms could use a table or something to put things on. Rooms were extremely hot and stuffy but luckily we could open the windows at night
