To be honest I was quite concerned after making the booking that the hotel was going to be dreadful after reading some of the reviews, my worries were unfounded. This is a lower cost hotel, so don’t expect any luxury, but it was clean, showers were hot and adequate and my bed was comfortable. The real unexpected bonus were the staff, all the staff I met were accommodating and helpful, especially Aryan and Rangina, I will be staying at the Hotel Expo on a future visit, given the opportunity.

The hotel with the worst service and staff that exists, I will not recommend it in any way, the rude staff do not get along with each other. They don't give you an explanation, they lie. It was the worst experience in Stockholm

Very good for the price, the location is really good as it's literally just down the road from a station meaning we will able to get around Stockholm in good time. The staff were also pretty helpful. Breakfast was also what you'd expect. Room was also fairly clean and beds were very comfy. I would definitely recommend, it's great value for money imo.

Don't be fooled by the photos, these are not representative in the slightest and make sure you have good earplugs because all the doors of the rooms close very loudly and start beeping if they are not closed properly. This also applies to the shared showers (no privacy at all because only separated by a shower curtain) and toilets that are used until late at night, making it difficult to fall asleep due to the slamming doors of all guests walking in and out. The breakfast was okay but nothing special. The only positive was the distance to the station.

We would very much recommend this place. We booked a room for 3 nights, a double, petite. We room was very much an standard size, nothing “petite” or crammed about it. It was quiet, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. They even checked if we were satisfied with the cleaning! The breakfast assortment was perfectly adecuated, something for everyone, fresh, and plenty. The staff was friendly, helpful and smiling. Great location by the station, very easy to get to/ from airport, towns centre, etc. Restaurants, grill,bakeries, supermarket within 100 metres. On top of it all, the price was affordable. We have NO complain whatsoever, everythings was really nice!

Really nice hotel for the price we paid. Nice clean room and bath, excellent service, adequate breakfast offer. Only 10 mins walk to Stockholmässan. Overall a really pleasant stay. Would definitely use the hotel again, next time we are at a conference in Stockholm.
