Great hotel and great stay. Location was great and breakfast included. Will only return here next time I am in Stockholm.

Great location in center of town. Super recommendation from the bell desk. Just some confusion at check in: although I had paid through trip.com they charged me again. Good that I noticed on my credit card account.

Really nice style, decor, great breakfast, main downside though was the noise from the club downstairs, so be aware of this when booking!!

I was very disappointed with my return visit for this hotel. I ended up switching rooms to have a larger room and a nicer view but the bed was literally a mattress topper. It was so uncomfortable. If you stay here then only stay in a junior suite or above! I als was disappointed in the behavior of the staff. They didn’t even wait until I was out of earshot before they started talking about how I was dissatisfied with my room. I will not stay there again.

This experience might not be indicative of all rooms, but a room 418 certainly fell short of our expectations for a Junior Suite. The good stuff: + Comfort (Bed Quality): 5/5 + Food (Breakfast Quality): 4/5 + Location: 4/5 + Hotel Interior: 3.5/5 + Gym: 3.5/5 =Value for Money: 2/5 (€450) The bad stuff: - Small and unremarkable room. - Located in a dark corner, small windows overlooking the opposite side of the courtyard. - Tiny balcony facing a window from another room 3 meter away, making it unusable. - The seating area was not separated, with a sofa placed next to the bed. - The bathtub, aged and stained, didn't invite use, raising questions about its necessity. - A failed shower design (with an instruction manual how to operate it) is beyond my comments… In summary, room 418 should not be in the Junior Suite category - avoid it. While certain aspects like the bed quality and breakfast (especially the fresh bread) were great, it was not worth paying premium - lower room categories will likely give you all the same benefits. Overall, there are so many much better hotels in Stockholm in that price category like Berns, At Six, Radisson Strand that I would recommend instead.

I travel a lot but to stay at the same hotel multiple times is a first for me. Everything from the friendliness of the staff, to the room with an amazing comfy and clean bed (and even the epic breakfast every morning) is perfect. It is my favourite hotel and I cannot wait to be back!

Overall very pleased with the hotel, the location and proximity to city centre, the ease of access from the airport and central train station. Very good value. Generally very clean but we did notice some whiskers from shaving on the bathroom floor when we arrived and the shower flooded out onto the bathroom floor when we used it. There was also a small nail sticking up in the floor. The Queen room was quite small which was not a problem for us, just don't expect it to be huge. Also found someone else's t-shirt in the closet. Very nicely decorated and comfortable though. There is a very charming old lift but it can only take 3 people so check out can take a while if you have big cases. The breakfast included within the price was very good. Midday checkout as standard was very handy. Super close to city centre, great transport links, really friendly and helpful staff. One downside which is not a criticism of the hotel itself, there is some sort of very loud bar nearby and we could hear music until 2am/3am. I usually fall asleep the second I'm in bed but our second night it kept me up. Traffic can be noisy at night, but we were at the front of the building. Overall would definitely recommend it - it passes the "Would we stay there again?" test and most of the drawbacks are minor overall. A definite 4 out of 5 stars.

The most spacious room, large windows and super large cozy bed. Loved the comfort of this hotel. The soaps are lovely quality. Only drawback was that I kept getting lost along the hallways/elevators. Perfect location. Really wonderful hotel and highly recommend!!
