Visited this hotel many times, Sunday lunch and evening dinner.We chose the fish & chips that I have to say was presented hot appealing to the eye and satisfied the taste buds. The hotel side is always kept spotless warm and welcoming, the staff always pleasant and the young lady that served us presentable and a happy disposition which is rare in this day and age, will be going back soon and have booked for Xmas day

WOW Brilliant WOW My Husband's 70th Birthday bash with 30 guests was arranged to perfection. The rooms are outstanding. The food was sublime, everyone was raving. Minty and her staff arranged the disco, cake, table arrangement and everything was done with our requirements in mind and worked out brilliantly. We all had a ball. We would have no hesitation in strongly recommending the Burnside Hotel and its staff, accommodation, food, wines and ambience. Thank you so very much for making Brian's birthday so very memorable, for all the right reasons including keeping the Bollinger flowing. We will be back.

Absolutely beautiful room, with gorgeous decor and a sofa and flat screen TV. The bed was extremely comfy; there were enough power points on both sides of the bed so that we could both charge phones at the same time. Heating and aircon was provided and controllable by the guest. The power shower was amazing, with two showerheads, not just one fixed one. Complimentary slippers were provided which was a lovely touch. Two hairdryers and luxurious bathrobes were also provided, plus a safe for any valuables. A coffee pod machine was a treat and the room was so quiet. Food was great, with vegetarian options too, and the staff were so courteous, friendly and helpful and catered for our every need. The 20-minute walk into Stratford was a pleasant one through the village of Shottery and some footpaths and fields, although the hotel offered a taxi call service. There were plenty of things to do and places to visit. We absolutely loved our stay here and are already planning a return visit for my birthday. Thank you for looking after us 🩷

Simply cannot fault this hotel. Friendly efficient welcome by reception - Great Clean Room - Excellent Food - Evening Meal was great and served by an efficient friendly waitress - post meal drinks in the excellent bar served in the same efficient friendly manner. Breakfast was a good experience all round - what more could you want

We had a lovely one night stay at the Burnside hotel. On arrival we were made to feel welcome and informed fully about information we needed during our stay. Our room was number 22 in the eves; the decor was very beautiful and the room was immaculately clean. The shower in the bathroom was very hot and powerful and the white towels were lovely and fluffy. The bed was very comfortable too.

A superb Hotel, fully deserves it's AA 4star rating ! Everything screams quality - décor, furnishings and fittings. Air conditioned rooms, peaceful and quiet. Excellent and friendly staff and a superb chef ! Excellent location with a casual 20 minutes level walk to the town via a public footpath nearby.

Efficient, clean, friendly and good value for money. Our two night break included a two course dinner from the set menu, and breakfast with a wide selection to choose from. The food was very good and plenty of it. On a slight downside I ordered a bottle of white wine to drink over the two nights, and on day two the wine was warm and should have been chilled. Shower drain was very smelly and only seemed to clear when using the shower. Little bit annoyed to have to pay a daily parking fee of £5 when we had no choice but to park at the hotel. The fee was confirmed on the booking confirmation but we were a bit surprised as never had to pay for parking at a hotel before!

We had 3 nights in this lovely hotel. It is a short distance into Stratford upon Avon and close to Anne Hathaways Cottage. The rooms are very pretty, beautifully maintained and they gave us plenty of extras such as a coffee machine, tea and biscuits etc. The food was delicious, the staff are warm and welcoming and looked after us in a calm and professional manner. We would fully recommend this hotel.

Very warm welcome. All the staff were extremely helpful and well trained in customer service. I really enjoyed my stay and would use the hotel again if I was visiting Stratford again and would recommend to friends. Very convenient location and less than ten pounds in a taxi, so saves on parking fees.
