Great location and the hotel rooms are clean! Lovely breakfast and wonderful service from reception! I highly recommend!

Staying at this hotel was wonderful experience . We are family of 3 and we had to have accessible room due to my husbands recent injury. I was pretty surprised to see the size of the room! It’s super spacey , has 2 huge windows. They are half opening which is a big sense for me (in my previous reviews I always say I hate locked windows with no oxygen inside 😃).
Bathroom has 2 sinks : for wheel chair user and for the full size person standing which is upper comfort . Towels , shampoos and other perks are my love from Hilton. Pills are wonderful (one more naughty requirement I have to hotels ).
Another cute thing is that parking is free (have you seen free parks in this country ?😆)
We didn’t get the breakfast as is it’s British and we don’t eat pork . But all the rest is super wonderful !

It would've been better, if they kept at least a bottle of water in the room.

Room given is not facing the stadium as advertised and expected and need to pay GBP 90 to having stadium facing.

Usually stay here whenever i am in Manchester but not after this time. The woman at the reception seemed new she was very unpleasant she also charged my card for an amount that I didn’t authorise and when i asked her she seemed clueless. Rubbish service sadly.
