Rezeption friendly and knowledgeable at this family run hotel. Service also friendly including the breakfast staff who laid out a sufficient breakfast.

This is our first time to Stuttgart. This hotel gave us a warm welcome. Room is very clean and bed is comfortable. Breakfast is a big plus, good quality and a lot of choices.

The reception team at Hotel Gloria when we had an issue with our previously booked hotel. We turned up - there was no one to let us in, and no response to calls! Thank-fully the receptionist at Hotel Gloria was amazing and really helped us out of a difficult situation on Good Friday evening. Great service really does make a place shine, and our room and the cleaning team were great too. Thanks again and we look forward to booking with you (first!) again.

Check in was very busy and the words be kind came to mind. This is a family owned Hotel NOT a chain. The facilities are a bit dated but the restaurant and service in there is FANTASTIC! And great food. Perfectly adequate. Breakfast is fine. There are steps to get up to reception but staff happy to help with heavy luggage. Lift up to your rooms

If you arrive late in evening, there is no one at the registration and doors are locked. There is a note to ring the door bell but no one will answer it. There are phone numbers but no one will answer those either! So, you will be standing there for a long time!! and you will finally ending up going somewhere else. People maybe nice but I never got a chance to go in!

Hier werden alle Erwartungen weit übertroffen. Unglaublich bzgl. Preis/Leistung. KlitzeKleines Minus für weiches Bett. Absolut top: Hauseigenes Restaurant "Hexle". Hervorragendes Essen/Trinken mit bestem Personal sorgen für einen unvergesslichen Abend.

Schönes sauberes Hotel. Freundliches zuvorkommendes Personal. Gutes reichliches ausgewogenes Frühstück. Zimmer geräumig und ruhig, Betten bequem. Direkter Zugang zum Restaurant Möhringer Hexle mit schönem Biergarten. Jederzeit werden wir hier buchen.
