It was a great time staying here. It is nearby the town center - but far from the beaches. Thus - if you business is in town and will just go to the beaches as a secondary - this place is great!

The hotel and resort is very accessible even to public transport, the staff is very accomodating and the place was nice specially to children

The place is clean. Please be aware that it is no BEACH FRONT hotel. That is what we thought it was when we originally booked the place.
The staffs are very accommodating as well and they provided everything we needed from tables and chairs.
They also provided towels and hygiene kits. For the breakfast, it was fine.

It’s an amazing place to stay. Big, clean and convenient rooms, Netflix, and pool. The staff is amazingly nice and friendly. I enjoyed my stay. Never miss to stay there.

Room is clean and the staff at reception are very friendly and helpful! Breakfast is simple yet cooked very well, ala carte food is so so.

A great place to stay for families.
They have kid friendly pool and playground. Pets are also allowed. They have spacious parkings and rooms. The room is very comfortable. Ambient and soundproof. They also have modern smart TV with free streaming service. They have fast internet connection. The staffs are very friendly and courteous as well.
They really went all out on their amenities since it's far from the beach front. We also got a huge discount from Trip and it's really worth it.
We really enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this and I look forward to come back in the future.

Booked family room was reasonably priced with breakfast buffet included would stay there again if in the area

Front desk or the Reception staffs are not helpful, not customer friendly and efficient. The receptions staff are very slow and not accommodating. Not even give you advice they will just left you standing and hanging there.

There was virtually a wait for everything. From the moment we arrived we had to wait a couple of hours for the rooms to be ready. The same with the food service it took about an hour for the food to be prepared and served even until the last moment when it was time to checkout there was also an unnecessary wait. They might need to hire more staff also this location is not near to the beachfront area. It is about 6 kms away which is rather inconvenient having to find parking next to the ocean. I do not recommend.
