The experience was exquisite. I have sampled most hotels at the South lake region of Naivasha. Sawela tops them all in customer care, beauty, food and drinks, sanitation, clean spacious toilets and grounds for functions. All my family members were very happy with the overall experience. I would go back a million times. The manager, Mr. Ndungu, is very hospitable, friendly and caring. Keep it up Sawela.

The lodge is a small haven away from the busy Nairobi life.Its garden is serene, beautiful and soothing.The staff are warm and friendly. The food was fresh and tasty.I generally have a sensitive stomach and always carry medicine when I eat out.I did not experience any issue and didn't have to take any meds. The rooms have an old school design.Not my style but a worthy compromise.I was elated to be given an extra blanket and a hot water bottle for the chilly night. A wonderful experience all together and looking forward for my next visit.

Beautiful grounds, amazing facilities and phenomenal service. The best family resort in Kenya with a full play area and a separate soft play area. The grounds are very well maintained and proved activities for all ages. Really good on all fronts. Certainly a family favorite.

We had a fantastic stay at Sawela Lodges, the rooms are super clean and spatious, with a view on a gorgeous garden and the lake. Nicole and her team were extremely professional and helpful and made our time here unforgettable. All the staff are very friendly and ready to help anytime. The food is delicious. Highly recommended experience. A huge thank you to Nicole and all the team, we ll come back!

Over and above top notch customer service..Great reception,warm and friendly receptionists.Place to be incase you need to have a close up look at wild animals such as giraffes,zebras etc. Family friendly scenery for all.Ample parking with spacious environment to relax. Sawela will be my second home because it's homely with lovely courteous staff.

This is the place to be with your family and friends. I have no words to fully express how AMAZING Sawela lodge is. Where has this hidden gem been? The customer service is excellent,warm miles , dedicated staff to serve lake view is exceptional, and the refreshments just Wow! I will be back God willing

Splendid lodge with all inclusive ,excellent serene with homely feeling and courteous ,smiling receptionist with grandest welcoming gestures. amazing wildlife and a touch of the lake view. lots of activities to engage in ,swimming,pool games ,and movie theartre . great place to relax and unwind . i will chose sawela over and over . keep up the good job .

I visited sawela lodges with my extended family for three nights . They a have unique experience in treating their guests. We had lots of activities during Easter. My son didn't want us to check out due the fun they had with the siblings which included swimming, games boat rides game watch and more over the the food was awesome and yummy.

Sawela lodge is an astounding ambience at the lake side town of the 'Happy Valley' Naivasha, an epitome reference to the global spectrum of any class of guest. The beauty and serenity of the facility is far fetched and indispensable. At any moment in time I'd make a reference to anyone without quiver who seeks for a class of comfort and exemplary dishes and grill asides sumptuous soft drinks.
