The room was neat and clean. Very comfortable bed. Nice towels and a good shower. Breakfast was very simple. No frills (ie. didn't have a coffee maker) or extra amenities. A couple of cosmetic repairs needed (ie. toilet paper folder was busted & a piece of tile trim was missing.)

Honestly my best experience in hotels the service pretty nice the price amazing because the hotel is updated full renovation, pretty clean OMG I’m too excited about this hotel too easy for access and safe around

Friendly and helpful front desk. Comfy bed. Recently remodeled so everything was clean. Security cameras watching the parking lot. Perfect sleeping stop for a long road trip.

It took over an hour to get checked in at 10pm on a Monday night. There were only 2 customers ahead of me.
The employee was not trained correctly. She had to call in another employee to help her. I overheard the other employee tell her what she was doing wrong. It was a simple computer error that she was making. Better training could have prevented all of this.

The only concern we had was there was no clothes rod in the closet which I found odd. Everything else was great. Will stay there again

Location was convenient, right off the highway, much better hotels in the area, not sure why the other ones did not come up in the search. Overall it was ok, staff could be a little friendlier, they were not rude but did not give a welcome feeling either. They offer breakfast in the mornings but it is not laid out, everyone is touching the bread, they don’t offer tongs or anything to get it, eggs were too runny/watery, overall food was not appealing.

The property is absolutely beautiful...The room was very clean, the bed n pillows were so clean n comfortable...

It was not the hotel i thought it was. When we got to our room we didnt have any towels. There wasnt even a coffe pot, nor coffee to make. Our room faced what look like a 18 wheeler dump site. Very noisy.
