We stayed here for 2 nights! first night was terrible. We came to the room little late in the night and half way through the bath water stopped. Called the reception and they said they will check. After some time called again and same response. After waiting for some time and called makemytip and they checked with the office and said there is some plumbing issues and will be sorted out. Power also went in between but restored soon. Finally my daughter who was in the bathroom have to take the bottle of water and wipe her body. Hotel staff did not give any response. This drama began around 12 in the night and whole of our day also got spoiled. I expected my service provider not to pay a days rent. But they did not react to it that way. Just imagine a condition, where you pay and expected a service but here we really couldn’t go to toilet too. I don’t recommend people to get this kind of service! you think before booking!

I travel-led with my parents for a day to wayanad and stayed in a three sharing room. The room was very spacious with a clean toilet. We also had dinner in the ac section and complimentary breakfast the subsequent morning. The food was good, especially the breakfast. The staff was polite and extremely cordial, especially the one at the front desk and at the restaurant. The hotel is located a little away from the town centre but has a couple of decent food places around. A km away from the bus station and autos too are easily available. Overall, value for money and affordable stay with good food and extremely spacious is how i would describe le sapphire. . The stay at le sapphire was quite good. I stayed for a day with my parents and the room was more than spacious for 3 with clean washroom and the food good, especially the complimentary breakfast. The restaurant has a lavish space with an a/c section as well. The hotel is a little away from the town centre with a few good eating places around and the bus station a km away. I recommend this hotel for budget travellers.

Very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel, the size of the room, the helpfulness of the staff at the front desk (all of them during our stay)I would come back to the hotel in my future endeavors to Rome, I would highly recommend it and, in my humble opinion, I would give it 9/10

Good hotel at reasonable price. Good service. Stayed for three days. All good and great. Pretty close to bathery bus station
