There was no parking available on site when we checked in. The elevator broke down when we checked out . Very inconvenient, our stay was not enjoyable

It’s a mediocre place. The room was clean and had the necessities but the heat was minimal. We also expected underground parking because of the weather but it was apparently full. They still charged us $15 to park out in the street. It’s a place to sleep but we wouldn’t stay here again.

Got the King Deluxe room and really loved the view and private jacuzzi! The room was very clean and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. The location is unbeatable -right next to the slopes. Only downside is there is no microwave in the room and you get charged $10 a night to rent it.

I paid for a pet friendly room with a balcony and when I checked in was not booked for either and then was charged extra at check in

Overall good experience. Didn't appreciate paying an extra $21 to park my motorcycle overnight, kind if a rip off. Nice facility and staff though!

It was off season and no staff available. Had issues with parking, and the bed sheets did not fit the bed. Expected more for a $250 room.

The room was not as shown as in pictures and the wanted payment upfront not at check in and 100 deposit that was not advertised. Over priced restaurant in lodge
