This hotel is very lovely ..I rate it a 5 for the superb views ,situation,staff,animation... All staff are very kind . I have travelled but I rate my room as one of the best views I've ever had. The food is tasty .. I would definitely return ... A kettle would be nice

Burgas Beach Hotel Sunny Beach The animator Alyona is just super! Thank you for the good emotions We were in Burgas Beach this year in August are satisfied with everyone, especially liked the animation Alyona the best of the best it is the best small and I am also very satisfied! Thank you for the good emotions and impressions! Clean rooms a chic view from the room to the sea!

Best animations at the swimming pool! Greetings from the scientist Rooms were clean, we really enjoy the stay. We were with few friends there. It was our second time here in Burgas beach hotel. Probably we will come another one, next year. Greetings

This our fourth time here and we love it.The animation is excellent,there are programs for everyone. Every animator is kind to kids and adults too. Our favorite animator is Emo,he playes with kids, and also learns phrases from other languages. He knows english very well so you can speak with him always. We always enjoy our time here.

This is our fourth time here and the hotel is really good and has an amazing view, the food is also amazing. Our favourite is the animation programs. There are programs for every age. The animators are super nice, Emo is the best. They all are always energetic.

Balkan airlines Most rude and ignorant .cases broken into.no time for passengers.most uncomfortable flight e ever.rude invonsiderate.i wouldn't reccomend And luggage not safe.pilots not spoke .and took 50 mins land plane

The best hotel in the area.Great location and very good service at reasonable price.everything you need for your vacation at one place.This was my second and I hope not last stay in the hotel.Strongly recommend.

My family stayed for 5 days at this hotel and it was the worst experience. The food was the worst part, it was inedible and disgusting, lunch and dinner you practically could not eat anything - undercooked unseasoned meat, cold wilted sides, disgusting sauces, faded fruit. One other very bad part was the staff - rude and very disrespectful to the guests, shouting at (elderly) women in the restaurant - unacceptable! The pool area is very hard to access and extremely crowded. The elevators don’t have any AC so they are basicallly floating saunas. The beach is wide but the water ia dirty, and you have to pay for the sunbeds (why do you call it Beach hotel if you don’t actually have a private beach?) Maybe the prices are for 4 starts but the quality is for 2 stars. DO not recommend this hotel at all.

Very good hotel, friendly staff. The animation is very entertaining, and the food in the restaurant is various. I would recommend it to my friends with children. The hotel is basically on the beach. It's great .
