Kuban Resort & Aquapark - All Inclusive

The hotel was almost empty. By the time I arrived the season was almost over and there were barely any tourists and locals. I have been in Sunny Beach previously and the mood was very different. It felt like I wasn't welcome at this time of the year and I should come back when tourists are expected.

We visit with friends and partied a lot. The alcohol is ok and the bartender makes good cocktails. I do not recommend for families however because there are a lot of tourists and they also party a lot and are very noisy all the time so have this in mind.

I liked the hotel. I know it for a long time it is famous in Sunny Beach but I booked a room for the first time July 2023. Food is very delicious. There is very good Aquapark on the back. I may visit again this year we will see. Lastly there is a very beatiful lady on reception.

Nice hotel. I have slight remarks about the kitchen - the food could be of better quality and fresher. The staff was friendly and welcoming. At the back of the hotel there are outdoor pools with splash pads like an Aquapark. The hotel also has a ******, which is relatively well-known and visited in the resort.

Food terrible, entertainment ok, noise horrendous, weather beautiful. Receptionists was like a playground. 2 receptionists playing volley ball over the counter instead of helping residents. We have always travelled to Bulgaria and decided to show friends this year and booked it for us all. Safe to say neither of the parties will be returning again

Beautiful hotel. The pools and slides were amazing and plenty of entertainment too. Food was delicious and lots of choice available for everyone. Rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean. We had the same cleaning lady every day and she was so so friendly. She even went out of her way to come find us to say goodbye before we left. Staff were pleasant enough but in general we found the locals very rude. All except the fabulous Pencho our poolside bar man. He was an out and out gentleman and I hope the hotel know how lucky they are to have him. He was so friendly and fun and we looked forward to seeing him every day (not just for the cocktails 😂) Advise to travellers go all inclusive as it has become quite expensive to eat and drink out despite what people say although it did seem as though they were just making the prices up as they went along and trying to screw as much money out of the end of season visitors!! Also watch for an increase in prices as the night goes on. We will definitely return to the Kuban but will just stay in the resort for the entire holiday ☀️

It was the worst holiday iv ever been on it was ment to be a family holiday & all around the hotel was sex shops & ***** coins which didn’t close till 6am with loud music .. I asked the manager & receptionist 3 times to move rooms to a quieter room as we had no sleep all holiday & they kept saying coke back tomorrow.. everytime we left the hotel the taxi men outside were shouting sexual things to my 14 year old daughter, there were people on ***** & fighting in the hotel lobby every night the police were there arresting people all the time … I lost my key in the shop next door & they chartered me 50 lev to get another key even though the shop keeper had hands my key into them … they then charged me 60 lev for a letter check out but I spoke to 4 more guests who were chargers including my daughter ! The food I’m the hotel was absolutely disgusting so we had to keep eating out so was pointless getting all inclusive… the hotel staff were so rude & abrupt it was unbelievable… everything around us was closed apart from sex shops ***** clubs & bars & my daughter was scared to even leave the hotel .. it’s certainly not a family holiday & it’s the worst holiday we have ever been on

We had a Family suite the water didnt stay hot for all our family to have a shower beds are very uncomfortable and was broken and bodged insted of replaced. There wasnt much to for kids to eat the full week. Becarful if eat all the meet as was pink most the time. We were in the other block and when wanted back in the main block the for games room we couldnt get access as they locked the doors making us walk all way around and didnt even tell us about this at reception. When sat eating the cleaner is very rude and cleans near your feet when your eating would never come again very disappointed

Great hotel in the best location. The staff was very friendly. Food was ok, especially from the snack bar. The greatest atmosphere made the animation team. They were playing different games for kids and adults. They were all the time full of energy. Oktavia is the best (and she's a good dancer)!!!!
