GOOD LOCATION, SOLO TRUCKER ON A BUSINER FRONT DESK CLERK WAS VERY NICE

Checked in, went to our room, it seemed fine. No remote for the tv, asked at the office, maintenance will bring one. Waited 45 minutes, went out to eat. Still no remote. Went to the office, someone will bring one. 45 minutes later still no remote, bathroom fan filled room with pot smell. Changed rooms, bed was broken, sagged in the middle. Cleaning staff did the best they could with an older property. It was quiet and safe.

dirty, worn out, sagging/broken bed mattress, filthy, police raids on multiple rooms, no coffee, etc.

All people there smooking **** outside , it’s like a ******** nighbhood , unclean at all nasty bugs everywhere

The room was really good and clean but may I suggest you bring your own hairdryer & your own shampoo and conditioner. Other than that it was a really good experience even though it was only one night.

The front desk clerk and the maintenance man was very rude. The tub was stopped up and they didn’t even try to fix it until I asked who was the manager. They brought a plunger to the door and walked away. That was very unprofessional. I don’t work for Red Roof Inn

I paid and male at counter said there were no available rooms but the money came off my acct. he was very rude and did not pay any attention to what I had to say! Please refund me!

Avoid this hotel They charge a $75 deposit for incidentals if you book or pay through a third party site They offer no incedentals!!! Filthy rooms, no hot water in shower.
