Very nice and spacious room, large and comfortable bed.

The hotel is nicely sited. The service was thoughtful - the front desk changed my room to a single bed. The bed was comfortable and the sheets soft. Was able to sleep really well.

The lake view from our room was great! What was not great was the pollution but that is out of the hotel's power. The room was nice and clean and the bathtub was nice and big for a 192cm tall guy like me. Wills stay there again if I need to. Staff were great!

I loved every minute of my stay at the Four Points. Fast and smooth check in, friendly attentive staff members at the front desk. I was fortunate to receive an upgrade with a lovely view l during peak season (National Holiday) at no extra charge. The hotel is near Moon Bay station 🚉 and there are plenty of restaurants around the area. I loved the magical views of Dashu Lake, so you can take a long stroll around the lake if you’d like. I highly recommend the hotel and its my go to when visiting Suzhou 💗
