The hotel is located in the city center, convenient to every tourist destination. There are some restaurants around, for all meals a day. Staff are friendly and always willing to help.

We stayed 1 night from 3-4 Nov. A really good and affordable hotel to stay at in Suzhou. The receptionists (one senior and one new guy) were very kind and helpful. They offered to carry our luggages up and down as there's no lift to the hotel. The room was also very spacious and they even provided an amenities kit - sewing kit. Overall a 10/10, we will definitely return again.

No elevator but the staff were polite and offered to help with our luggages. The room was spacious and the bed were comfortable too. Great location to access metro and visit attractions in Suzhou:)) The room were provided with basic amenities and also mosquito repellent

We booked and stayed at this hotel as friends. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here, the staff were wonderful: they helped us book tickets and give suggestions of places to visit, bars and things to do. The room was spacious and the beds were so comfortable, we slept very well. We had a lovely courtyard to relax in at the end of the day. The location was very convenient to most of the recommended attractions in Suzhou. The art work around the hotel really adds to the ambiance. Would be lovely if the hotel included a simple breakfast. We would recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Suzhou!

We were greeted with friendly and helpful service. The room was clean. The location is very good, close to the train station and bus stops. The price is very reasonable. Everything was as it should be. 👍🏼

Great location, Great room, Cozy
Theres a projector in the room and a bathtub.
Staff are very friendly and theres 24hours housekeeping service.
One con is that there is no lift at this hotel, travellers with very big luggage need to carry up the stairs.
Staff are kind enough to help us carry upstairs.
