Our stay at the East Tai Lake Hotel was an amazing experience. We will definitely come back. Judy’s attention and service was outstanding, and the restaurant staff's attention was also exquisite. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Loving the service and amenities of this hotel. We went there during the count down weekend, we didn't manage to get our breakfast, the front desk packed 4 sets of breakfast for us as we need to rush to the train station. The hot springs were amazing too. This is by the lake, so you can actually rent their bikes to cycle along the beautiful lake.

The place is amazing, the staff is very helpful, location is very far from any attractions of Suzhou city, but for someone who is looking for peace and quiet is perfect place to go. We went there with kid, there are big outdoor and indoor playgrounds, hot spring was nice too.

Just check out of this hotel after 2 nights/ 2 rooms / 4 pax. The weather is not so forgiving but the hotel is excellent especially the employees. Special thanks to Judy, the guest relation/housekeeper who extended our rooms and same time assure that we know amenities / facilities etc in details. Thank you!

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a peaceful experience with wonderful surroundings and great service. Also if you have pets, you may want to bring your dog along to share in your experience the beautiful views as an added bonus. I was informed that they have pet food and additional compliments to cater for your dog! Wonderful!
One my first day, I was warmly greeted by 小雨 who speaks English very well. She answered all my questions and made the trip super smooth and comfortable. She is a wonderful asset to the hotel! Special thanks for her and her professional and friendly service.
Breakfast is a buffet with an extensive selection to cater for western and eastern tastes.
The Hot springs were a much needed relaxing part of the trip and it was included in the price of the room where you can visit once per day.
The rooms are very clean with the aroma of essential oils. The insulation was great so you never hear the sound of your neighbours once the doors are closed. My room had a balcony with seats which you could use the space to hang out, read & do yoga if you choose!
Overall- no faults! Just perfect with a friendly team from the front desk, the gardeners, the chefs- everyone made it a memorable experience.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful! The room was spacious and the service was fast and efficient. We needed some help and the staff was friendly. Considering it’s a hot spring, the location is very far, but luckily there are food options for delivery close by. The only real inconvenience is having to check in at one side of the building, and staying in other, but other than that, we enjoyed our stay.
