The location of the hotel is amazing and the staff is super friendly. Considering the price, the room and facilities are top notch. The hotel also arranged a bus for us from Battambang to Ko Rong which was done perfectly. Nothing bad to say about our stay. Thanks again for everything! :)

Comfortable beds, good pillows, good rooms. For the price, it's unbeatable - but this hotel provides a lot more. If you have any problems, let them know and they'll fix it. If you need tours, they have access to some of the kindest and most knowledgeable tour guides I've ever met. Very affordable, very kind staff, very good hotel. Highly recommend. The staff and owner go above and beyond if you need assistance. From the tour guides driving me for free to the local mechanic for my motorbike, to showing me various places I needed, and going out of their way to generally be helpful. Very lovely.

We had an amazing stay at Royal Hotel. The staff are so helpful with everything, the rooms are clean and the bathroom and air conditioning were great. Our tour with Mr Buntham to the Bamboo train and bat cave was the highlight of our trip it was absolutely brilliant. So informative and a very lovely man who was so helpful and allowed us to take breaks when the heat was too much. Thank you Royal hotel and Mr Buntham!

Mr Soon Keo picked us up from the hotel and he fully organized an one day trip around Battambang for my family of 4 (two kids 8 and 5). The tour included bamboo train, suspension bridge, Banan Temple, lunch by the lake, sunset at Phnom Sampow and Bat cave. He was very knowledgeable, kind and he entertained our kids patiently when they started to get tired :) Hightly recommend!!!!

Tour with Soon for the day in which he took our group of 7 round the local markets, royal palace, bamboo train, local Golden Gate Bridge, drove around country showed us local fruits, to temple, killing cave and bat cave. Gave us complementary fruit. Amazing man and day!! He can us details on every aspect of the journey, he was kind and so funny. We stoped for a nice place for food. He was our tour guide and photographer in one. Picked us up and dropped us back at our hotel. He made our trip to Battambang amazing.

The Royal Hotel is a great place to stay in central Battambang. The Hotel staff are fantastic and go above and beyond for all their guest. They know the area well, have great recommendations and are attentive to all their customer's needs. Definitely will stay here next time I'm in town.

Nice hotel with clean rooms, comfortable beds and good AC, but it's the staff that really make this place special! They were all friendly and happy to chat about any questions you might have, and very accommodating with convenient and fairly-priced laundry and tuk tuk rides. Best of all, they set us up with an amazing private longtail boat ride to Siem Reap. They take pride in their business and make their guests feel welcomed and appreciated.

We loved our stay at royal hotel and extended! The owners are so nice and have a great team around them to help you with anything you need during your stay! We also loved the price and the location! Awesome deal:) The market, river and restaurants are all nearby

Super big, comfortable room. Really good bed and nice and quiet too. The staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Very centrally located for the Riverside and restaurants. The guides were absolutely superb. Sam, who was our tuktuk driver for the day was the most friendliest and knowledgeable guide...ever. Nothing was too much trouble...he was generous, funny and his personal stories were amazing. Sam, it was an honour to meet you. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable day.
