The apartment is with two bedrooms, kitchen with dining area, bathroom with a toilet, The apartment has 1 Balcony with garden chairs. My guests have free access to pool and public parking. Before you book my apartment, please accept the Pool rules: Jumping, Diving and Running is not allowed! No Inflatable Mattresses allowed in Pool! No glass ware (bottles, cups...) is allowed near the pool area! The Café-bar offers drinks in Plastic or Can, you can use around the pool! Consumption of food in Pool and Pool area is not allowed! There is also a Café-bar with a large terrace in the shade, and here you can enjoy your morning coffee or tea. Built on a hill with panorama across the Bay and the Mountains, the residence offers the amazing opportunity to enjoy the unique combination with proven healing virtues between fresh mountain air and gentle sea breeze. My place will satisfy the wishes of all guests, looking for the proximity of nature, but not neglecting the attractions of the most dynamic resort in Bulgaria. The apartment is situated in a quiet neighbourhood of "Sunny Beach" within 8 min. walking distance from the beach (800m.) and 3 minutes from the Bus station 'Hotel Riu Helios Paradise'. Bus Stop just across the building Super Market Cafe Restaurants and shops A section of 100 meters from the street leading to our holiday village is in rather poor condition. Arrival/departure: Arrival after 15h00 If the apartment is available earlier you can enter earlier. Departure before 12h00. If the apartment is available you can leave later. We will gladly arrange a transfer from the airport to the holiday village We offer free Wifi during your stay!
