讓人相當無語的慕尼黑瑰麗，在攜程訂了2間2天，9.3-9.5日房間，訂單上明確包括早歺。入住時前台是一位皮膚偏黑像印度裔姑娘，告訴我不含早歺，我出示了攜程訂單，於是她打電話詢問，要我把攜程確認單郵件發給她，一番操作後，告訴我可以了。整個過程耗時較長。5號退房時還是這位姑娘，向我出示了圖1的早餐費用單，共558歐。我説訂單是含早歺的，於是她説9月5日的早餐費搞錯了，不收。但是4號的早歺明細單的打印時間是11：01分，算lunch,要收費332歐。我們指出早上我們點單時間是9：40分。就算早歺到11點結束，以此為理由收我lunch費用，不符合大部分酒店的規範。堅持請她與歺廳經理勾通，她説歺廳經理過來要20分鐘，我們堅持等。這時這姑娘旁邊的一位德國姑娘，也是前台，對她説：你把這個單子取消了吧。德國姑娘説德語，我朋友德國生活了30年，聽得懂。然後就把單子給取消了。整個事件非常的不符合正常邏輯，這樣的奢華酒店，如此服務，太讓人失望了！！

於12.24日平安夜入住慕尼黑的查爾斯酒店，位置很方便就在市中心旁，停車有服務人員幫忙停車拿行李進房間。前台人員奉上了歡迎的聖誕飲料，以及全程很温暖貼心的服務。酒店是有歷史氣息的，房間比較現代化，小陽台可以看到公園景色，清晨陽光照進來房間時心情也超級好。提前定了酒店內的餐廳Sophia's 的聖誕晚餐，食物中規中矩吧 不好吃也不難吃。早餐種類蠻多的，除了歐洲能見到的自助餐外還有巴伐利亞套餐可以嘗試。總體來講性價比蠻高 且不會踩雷的酒店。Rocco forte也是個蠻大的酒店集團。

萬豪旗下的奢酒，開業3個多月，位於慕尼黑老城與中央火車站之間，地理位置對出行來説絕對便利，不管打車還是公共交通，甚至周邊的中餐館也是相當豐富，正餐快餐隨意切換。 基礎房空間不大，但是夠用。服務上，從一踏進酒店大門便開始感受到被温暖（噴子會説，money is the god，當然了，這世界上錢能解決大部分問題，譬如服務）。早餐種類足夠豐富，有點餐也有自助品類，裏面的味增湯吃了3天，為了滿足中國味，不過真的很鹹，不過菜單每天相同毫無變化是缺點。👍推薦

酒店的各方面都非常好，工作人員熱情專業，房間乾淨床鋪舒服，狗狗也有自己床和餐具，非常推薦！

Eski bir otel ama 5 yıldızı yok. Yurtdışındaki 5 yıldızın Çin'dekilerle karşılaştırılamayacağını bilmelisiniz. Tesisler de eski, konumu iyi ve kahvaltısı iyi. ara sıra burada kalmamın sakıncası yok.

Güzel bir otel, ancak iki yatak odalı aslında iki yatak odalı değil. Daha çok bir yatak odası artı ikinci uyku alanına dönüştürülen yaşam alanı gibi. ”İki yatak odalı” oda tipini 4 kişi için fazla sıkışık buluyorum. Aynı masada birlikte yemek bile yiyemiyoruz, ne masada yer var, ne de yeterli sandalye. Ayrıca asansör olmasına rağmen bizim katımız asansör sahanlığında değil, asansör sahanlığının arasında olduğundan büyük bagaj taşıyanlar için sıkıcıydı, önerilmez. Aksi takdirde oda olanakları iyi, konumu harika. Ayrıca check-in beklerken valizlerimizi orada bırakmamıza da izin veriyorlar, bu da güzel.

Room is clean and modern designed. There is sauna and swimming pool. Though size of swimming pool is small, only one people can swim, the area is very relaxing. Hotel is not close to the subway station (15min walk, but very close to a tram stop (50meters or so). There are free candies in the lobby. Overall the experience is good.
