Fantastic location for touring Syracuse University. Very friendly staff and a unique not out of the box feel. Litterally on Campus. Very friendly and accomodating staff. I enjoyed my stay here!

Great hotel, good location near the University. Rooms comfy, but could use a little updating. Thought it was a bit pricey, but we did book last minute and I think there was a football game at the University that day as well, which probably increases demand!

Really cool building. Amazing staff at check in. Food options could be a little less fussy but overall great.

I would have given it 5 stars BUT the rooms have zero amenities—no fridge, coffee maker, or microwave! Beautiful hotel tho and the rooms are gorgeous!

Room was a nice size. I loved that there were lots of towels and extra washcloths! I was happy to have free green tea downstairs. The staff were all very nice. Parking was so easy. I love the building. It was just much more pleasant than I expected.

We had a very nice stay. Parking was there but full. We parked on the curb in the parking lot.

Great hotel, spacious room but if you are getting in later at night there isn't many options for food that are open late in the area.

The pluses: the rooms are spacious. Most of the staff is helpful and competent.
The minuses: despite that spacious rooms, the bathrooms are small and the half-glass showers create wet floors. The closets have curtains, not doors. Some room require you to carry your luggage down 1/2 a flight of stairs. Our shower had a mold growth that might have require laser ablation to remove. Very limited breakfast option.
