It was an amazing experience staying with Ibis Budget Tbilisi Center. I was travelling from dubai with a couple of my friends, and the room space and the condition was pretty nice and cozy. A special thanks to George and Dachi at the front desk who helped me and my friends telling a lot about the the nearby places and localities. Would definitely visit again and recommend to my friends as well.

Before I left, I checked into this hotel again. It might be the peak season, so the price increased by about 40%. The room was larger than before, which was okay. Breakfast is ok, and the supermarket downstairs is convenient. Not too far from the main attractions of the old town.

It was my first time in Georgia, I was with several friends. My expectations were high because Ramada is a global brand with a good reputation, but what I received was much more than what I expected. The hotel is located in the old town, not far from the center. The city itself is very beautiful, but the service at the hotel left the greatest impression. I lived there for 4 days and during these four days I remember one person of the reception staff, Arthur. This guy is a real diamond and a true professional in his field. The attention with which he treated us and how he was ready to help at any moment of the day or night was very pleasant as a guest and just as a human being.He booked restaurants for us, answered taxis to any questions and had pleasant conversations on other topics that interested us. Regarding the level of English in Georgia, his English is at the highest level. In addition to excellent staff, the hotel will offer excellent spa service, breakfast, underground parking, etc. In conclusion, I will say that these holidays paid off. I will definitely come back again, Ramada, I hope you will become even better, although it will be difficult because you are already super.

Everything liked, ONLY RECOMMENDED, but now in order: Hotel location: Located in the old part of the city at the foot of Mount Mtacminda. To the Freedom Square, from which all tourist routes start, 1.2 km. Down is easy, but it is already hard to get up. And if Georgian wine is still loaded, it is almost impossible. But this problem is solved. Taks ride is quite cheap. There is a small shop in the 50 meters nearby. Metrics in the 150 are already quite a large grocery store. From the hotel on urban buses with route numbers 124 and 90 for 50 tetra per person you can reach the Mtacminda Park. The hotel was located by representatives of different countries. Germany, Russia, France, etc. Location: Booked 4 local rooms. The room is normal, clean, the place is quite enough. The bed linen is cleaned daily and changed with towels (thank the cleaner for your discretion). Mini – bar is not available, but there is a refrigerator. You can form the bar at your discretion. The bathroom was a large jacuzzi bath and a shower cabin. The curtains are not blackout, but are quite dense and well absorbed sunlight. Territory around the hotel: It just doesn't exist. In the old part of the city there is no free land, so there is a small parking in front of the hotel along the street at 3, a maximum of 4 cars. Hotel: Modernizated room of the hostel. But everything is done well. Those who do not claim to be individual, should like me. Price and quality correspond to the declared stars. Food: Breakfast was included in the cost of the room. No one will remain hungry. There is no such diversity, but everything is quite convenient. Especially since in Tbilisi eating is not a problem at all. Hotel staff: Excellent sensitive people. Communication with them is not a hard thing. Everything will tell, show, tell in Russian. Want to speak English - everything will be explained in English. Wi-Fi: A stable constant powerful signal. Login and password will give to the resepshn. Deficiencies: A person in a wheelchair will not be able to climb to the second or third floor, as there is no suitable elevator. An excellent hotel located in the center near the Dynamo stadium and the train station. Next to the hotel there is a lot of transportation to the old city and many places in Tbilisi. In 10 minutes in Harot Square. The hotel itself is new, impressive in its design, very clean, maintained to a high standard. His rooms are comfortable, equipped, very clean and quiet. This is in contrast to many hotels in Tbilisi which are actually residential buildings that have been converted into hotels. The hotel staff is kind, cordial, professional and gives personal attention to every guest. There is no doubt that the hotel staff is the main reason for it being an excellent hotel. The price of the hotel is very cheap in relation to the great value and in relation to the prices of similar hotels nearby. The price is less than half of the prices of less good hotels in the ancient area.

Great hotel, perfect location. The center, yet a quiet center. Very friendly and helpful staff. Special thanks to Diana, attentive and ready to answer any question. Breakfast is a separate form of art! Homemade yogurt with Chia seeds - 10 out of 10! The children were delighted with the baking! Well, about cleanliness, very, very clean! Slippers and bathrobes are available, just ask them at the reception. Thank you overall for our great vacation!

I and my husband had a very nice stay in this hotel for about 5 nights. The breakfast was amazing, and the kitchen was serviced by great staff, especially Mariam and her colleague (sorry but I forgot his name) who greeted us every morning with a warm smile 😊… However, we had a small problem with the selected room upon arrival (supposed to be our standard room with a terrace). They checked us in in a very small room with a French balcony (which is basically just a window), and it was totally unacceptable for us. When we questioned the room selected for us, they showed us another room with a small balcony and facing the construction area in the back of the hotel. They advised that the superior room with a terrace and city view is occupied and we have to pay extra amount to have one with city view and a decent balcony instead. We had no option but to pay and stay! We are not sure who is playing the game of providing the wrong information about the hotel rooms here, the hotel’s staff or Agoda?! Perhaps both. Other than that, the stay was great. We were able to locate nearby groceries and restaurants to dine in for lunch or dinner (as the hotel provided only breakfast).

Beautiful hotel. The location is unbeatable. The breakfast and executive lounge are great. Two questions: First, there was a girl at the front desk who was very indifferent. We booked two executive rooms because our flight was very late and we wanted to check out later in one room. After asking about my flight time and whether I was a member, she refused to check out late. Second, there is a large concave and convex mirror in the room facing the bed which makes it uncomfortable.
