Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Had a HUGE room with lots of space to work and lots of windows - so really nice! Breakfast not as bad as most Taiwan hotels so also happily surprised. Will come again.

The location of the hotel is great, there is a department store nearby called Ming Yao. Lots of familiar stores too like uniqlo, zara, h&m and starbucks in the area. train station is also close, there is also a supermarket called Carrefour and 7eleven near the hotel. Happy with their service, the front desk that assisted us is very kind and warm, the check in time is 3pm but we got in the room at 2:20 pm which was so considerate. I will not hesitate to book this hotel again if ever I will go back to Taipei.

Cleaning services not provided daily and breakfast was mediocre. Very good location with lots of food and shopping options nearby. Transportation was great with subway within a couple of minutes walk! Reception was helpful in providing taxi booking service to the airport.

Property was a no frills hotel in a very good location . Receptionist was super friendly and nice .
Breakfast was a nightmare as there was no enough seats to accommodate the guests , this should be improved

Was very disappointed on how it has cut short of its services including daily room make up citing economical purpose. It has also removed their daily special ala carte special. Was met with unfriendly services too from the counter.

The hotel was very conveniently located, near the mrt station and the shopping area. The room was also very spacious and comfortable. Surprised that the bathroom had a bathtub! Bed was comfy too. Good value for money all things considered! The breakfast spread was a little bit limited but otherwise everything was good!
