Absolutely brilliant experience staying here. I had been dealing with very bad news and I needed to escape and find a paradise to clear my head. I couldn’t have picked a more perfect and beautiful place. Yuji san was so kind and gracious as a host and made me feel at home. The location of the hotel couldn’t be better either. I truly fell in love with this place . I will be returning next chance I get.

The hotel is exceptionally clean and run by an affable manager—fluent in English—who will go out of his way to accommodate guests. The location is perfect for exploring Iriomote: a short drive or relaxing bicycle ride away from the island’s best beaches or trails to beautiful mangroves and waterfalls. Also, a great option for those who want to stay put. The beach in front of the hotel is perfect for relaxing, swimming, searching for beautiful shells, or catching a gorgeous sunset. On a clear night, the easily accessible rooftop is a convenient place to stargaze. I feel lucky to have spent time here and look forward to going back.

This is a wonderful hotel right on a glorious and usually deserted beach. The sunsets are amazing! But the main attraction is undoubtedly the incredibly warm welcome given by Yuji-san and Kimiko-san. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The restaurant has a limited menu, but the dishes are are delicious, like home cooking, and very reasonably priced. Another bonus is the awesome view of the stars from the rooftop. I'd never seen the Milky Way so clearly. We'll be back!

オーナー御夫妻やスタッフの方の親切な対応がすごく良かったです。食事もすごく美味しかったです。また西表島に行く事があれば宿泊したいですね。ありがとうございました。

去年に引き続き、今年の夏もお世話になりました。海側のお部屋に変更して頂き、とても嬉しかったです。シンプルながら広々と清潔なお部屋でリラックスできます。目の前に広がる穏やかで静かな海、屋上から眺める満天の星空に包まれ、最高の休暇が過ごせました。西向きなので、サンセットも素晴らしいです！ホテルがあるエリア自体がとても静かな場所ですが、現地ツアーの送迎についても問題ないですし、スーパーからはやや離れていますが、2分ぐらいの場所にある民宿の売店でお酒やおつまみ、カップ麺などは購入できるので不便はありません。飲食店は周囲にあまりないので、夕食はホテルのレストランでとりましたが、大きな窓の目の前は海、沖縄料理もありますし、カヤックツアーで体力を使った日にはステーキを頂いてとても元気が出ました！朝食も毎日同じにならないよう和洋変更してくださいますし、何かと気配りが素晴らしいホテルです。帰りはバスを利用する必要があったのですが、コロナ禍で変則的な運行の中、安永観光のバスについて教えてくださり、また時間がぎりぎりになってしまったこともありバス停まで送って頂けて無事に帰ることができました。オーナーご夫妻のあたたかさ、優しさに触れ、心の休まる日々でした。ちなみに、ご主人は英語が堪能なようで、朝食時に外国人のゲストの方と歓談されている様子なども心が和みました。また是非お邪魔したいと思います。どうもありがとうございました！

ご主人のホスピタリティには、感服いたしました。
とても快適に過ごすことが出来ました。
また、屋上からの星空は素晴らしく、
まるでプラネタリウムのようでした。
夕日が地平線に沈んでいく様も感動的で、
また行きたいと思いました！

西表島での宿泊で大変お世話になりました。夜間はびっくりするくらい森の動物の鳴き声が聞こえて森を体感する事ができました。またぜひ宿泊したいです。
