Casa de La Flora, sakin bir bölgede, elbette denizin yanında yer alıyor ancak plaj yüzmek için uygun değil. Bunu La Flora veya La Vela'da yapabilirsiniz - ücretsiz servisle (yaklaşık 8 dakikalık yolculukla) gidebilirsiniz. Casa de La Flora otel tasarımı olağanüstü! Tüm dış/iç tasarımcılar için, bunu takdir ederim. Her şey çevre dostu olarak inşa edilmiş. Spa tesisleri harika -- seyahatimizde iki kez gittik! Yemek veya eğlence mekanlarına gelince, bu yerlere biraz yürüyerek gitmek gerekiyor. Yaklaşık 15-20 dakika sürüyor. Ancak Casa de la Flora, biraz pahalı olmasına rağmen lezzetli yemekler de sunuyor.

Otel güzel bir şekilde sunulmuş - ama gerçekte biraz içerikten çok stil vardı. İki yatak odalı bir dubleksteydik ve harika görünüyordu. Ancak duşlar berbattı ve hiç ısıtma veya su basıncı yoktu. Klima ünitesi o kadar gürültülüydü ki uyumak için kulak tıkacı takmamız gerekti! Kahvaltı bir menüdendi ve yemekler fena değildi. Havuz alanı oldukça küçüktü ama bizim için iyiydi çünkü sanırım otelde üç kişilik misafir grubundan biriydik, bu yüzden kalabalık olma ihtimali yoktu. Yerel bölgeyi keşfetmek için konumu harika.

Bu güzel otelde 10 gece geçirmenin keyfini yaşadım. Birkaç aksaklık yaşadım ama sorun hızla çözüldü. Odalar, dekor, havuz alanı hepsi birinci sınıf. Kahvaltı mükemmeldi. Tüm personel çok tatlı, çok hoş, özellikle kahvaltı personeli. Çok sessiz bir otel, sanki orada tek siz varmışsınız gibi hissediyorsunuz. Otelden çıkıp 10 dakika yürüdüğünüzde her şeyin tam ortasındasınız, çok sayıda bar, restoran var, kesinlikle hareketli ve patates kızartması kadar ucuz. Geri dönmek için sabırsızlanıyorum. Tayland kalbimi çaldın.

Casa de la Flora, lüks ve geleneksel cazibenin mükemmel bir karışımını sunarak huzur ve stil arayan gezginler için öne çıkan bir yer haline getiriyor. Mimari tasarım, çağdaş ve yerel stillerin düşünceli bir dengesini yansıtarak hem lüks hem de sıcak ve otantik hissettiren bir ortam yaratıyor. Casa de la Flora'daki personel gerçekten olağanüstü. Onlarla her etkileşim keyifliydi, konaklamamızın mükemmel olmasını sağlamak için ellerinden gelenin fazlasını yaptılar. Detaylara gösterdikleri özen ve proaktif hizmetleri deneyimimizi büyük ölçüde geliştirdi. Otel restoranında yemek yemek ziyaretimizin bir diğer önemli noktasıydı. Hizmet kusursuzdu, özenli personel ve her öğünde bizi etkileyen bir menü vardı. Yemeklerin kalitesi ve dingin ortam her yemek deneyimini bir zevke dönüştürdü. Çevreyi keşfetmek için çok zaman harcasak da, otelde dinlenmeye adadığımız gün belki de en keyiflisiydi. Casa de la Flora'nın sunduğu huzurlu ambiyansı ve lüks olanakları tam anlamıyla takdir etme şansı verdi. Konaklamamızı unutulmaz kıldıkları için Casa de la Flora'daki herkese teşekkür ederiz. Şimdiden bir sonraki ziyaretimizi dört gözle bekliyoruz!

My husband and I had five nights booked as part of our Honeymoon in early February 2024. This was arranged through Trailfinders who strongly recommended the hotel as perfect for this occasion, and looking at their website and reviews we were excited to visit. This was the end of our busy trip so we were looking forward to relaxing. Unlike other five-star hotels we visited on this trip who emailed us in advance to say some work might be happening, this one did not. Their website at the time said completion due Dec 2023, looking today when writing (3rd March) it says we will be finished 1st March, so very delayed! We arrived late afternoon and were shown around, where the staff member tried to quickly skip over the fact that there was a lot of construction happening, and it would be finished ‘this week’. Our duplex villa looked so great, we dropped our stuff and went for a wander. After being out for dinner we returned and wanted to make use of the milk bath they had filled for us (They claimed it was a special for our honeymoon but I now understand everyone gets this!). Long story short the bath wouldn’t drain properly and we quickly noticed it was flooding the room (bathroom was on the middle level so it was also dripping down to the lower level). It was around 10pm, my husband went to reception and the staff didn’t seem fussed. He had to ask to move rooms, they said ok but only one other room is available. We packed up, moved our stuff and then quickly realised there were further issues in the next room. They had clearly rushed finishing the renovations as the rooms had these fancy button consoles to control the lighting and air conditioning, which didn’t work!! At 11pm we had to call reception again as we literally could not switch the lights off to go to sleep. They came and played around with panels and wiring for 15 minutes (by this point we are so upset) and managed to get the system to go on or off only as a temporary fix. This was the main issues, there were others too I won’t list as this is an essay already. In the morning at breakfast a woman who we assume was the manager (she didn’t introduce herself in any way) casually came and asked if her team could access the room to look at the lights. No apologies for all the issues, then came back and said ok so the lights don’t work but we have it so you can switch them off or on whole room at a time. By this point I was already so disappointed, and after looking around and seeing half of the villas were still complete building sites, plus that you couldn’t actually access the beach as promised, I knew there was no way we could stay. I then read a review from just before we visited on TripAdvisor and someone who booked through the same agent left an incredibly different review – the hotel could not do enough for them when their room wasn’t ready on time – all-inclusive meals, free massages etc. We had to ask to move room and even the second one wasn’t ok, but they didn’t have any others

We sadly had a terrible experience with this hotel, which was meant to be the last and best stop as part of our recent trip to Thailand in Feburary. We found out about their recent refurbishment on our arrival, and it soon become apparent that this was rushed and sub-standard, with the hotel additionally not really seeming to be bothered about the impact on its guests. Not long after arriving in the hotel, we discovered that the room's newly-fitted bath in our room was not draining from the plughole, and instead was leaking water out of the bottom in all directions. We asked to move rooms, and were moved to the one other available room. In this room, we couldn't even turn out the lights to go to sleep, as the wiring had been done incorrectly. As a result our first night here was spent sat on the bed until 11:30pm, waiting in the dark for an electrician to fix the wiring problem. Not the nicest start to a £300+ per night hotel, so we asked to speak to the manager in the morning. The next day, there was no apology for the issues, no real acknowledgment of the issues beyond "can we get in your room to fix the lights please?". They eventually did a quick-fix where one button could operate the lights on/off for the entire apartment, rendering their new fancy lighting system absolutely useless. Elsewhere it was also apparent that building within the resort wasn't finished, and there was no real beach space (which we should have spotted previously, to be fair). The experience of the first night and day left enough of a bad taste for us to cancel the booking and move down the road to the best hotel I've ever been to, for the same amount of money. I'm so glad we did that, as it would have felt like being robbed at this place. I would strongly not recommend Casa de La Flora. Even if they sort out their refurb issues, there are much, much better places near by for similar money.

Definitely a great experience right on the water, private plunge pool and à la cart. Breakfast was amazing. If you have that chance to stay here he definitely should. I would recommend and stay here again. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

This hotel lacks any Thai atmosphere. The entry level room for a weeks stay is not acceptable as it is insufficient.y furnished for comfort. After a number of complaints and the intervention of our travel agent things did improve. Restaurant menu is limited and over priced. Staff were all young, inexperienced but willing to help and eager to serve. Better leadership would help them a great deal. The hotel location, towards the end of a road leaves a lot to be desired as it is surrounded by derelict untidy litter strewn properties. Our disappointment was compounded by building still in progress within the hotel having been assured they were completed . Even the website had confirmed completion!! John and Anne Cooke
