I liked Olivia, our check in clerk who was very competent, friendly and when I needed to replace a broken office chair, she responded immediately and I was sitting much more comfortably!

The bedding was dirty. I had to ask for new bedding and put them on myself. One of the staff was busy watching the football game instead of attending the front desk the other staff member was in the back and then when she came to the front she wasn’t any help other then giving me the clean bedding for me to put on. She did not offer for someone to come and do it.

I stayed here last week. Comfortable and convenient…why does Thursday cost more than a Friday night?? 3rd floor hallway carpet has wrinkles high enough for someone to trip on. I notified the front desk, but it’s a problem that can’t be quickly fixed. They said something would be placed up there to warn people, but it was a wet floor sign that was put next to the ice machine! Needs to be fixed, cuz that would be cause for a lawsuit.

The toilets are way too short. You need to put in a normal toilet. I felt like I was sitting on the floor.
You charge way to much for a cat.

We arrived on the property as we were traveling late from a long distance. Front desk was extremely nice and accommodating but we received the wrong room from what I reserved. The following morning we went down for breakfast and there was no juice or milk. Most of the cereal was gone and no pancakes. It was 7:30-8am. This was not worth the money we paid to stay here. I would find another place next time.

When I needed non-feather pillows, they went out and found me some. Very accommodating very nice. I also love they had a real real Keurig that had real coffee.

We had a very nice stay overall, the only thing was breakfast in the morning, they were out of everything with over a hour to go, so we left with only a coffee.

Staff was excellent and the breakfast was very good. The AC was noisy whenever it kicked off and pillows were too soft for our liking but all in all it our stay was fine.
