The hotel was filthy!
No pillow cases
No bathroom towels nor rugs
Toilet paper holder all rusty and they still shoved the roll in
Fridge rusty
The reception when we went to check in had piles and piles of linens and pillows on table, chairs and on the floor. Just a big scary dump 😡
Need a refund immediately
When my husband asked for towels and pillow cases the receptionist just grabbed them from the pile 🤔
A DUMP and I will give it a big 0 !!
The health department needs to visit the place and Howard Johnson Should NOT be proud of making part of such a horrific place.

When we arrived we were told it was new management, and so there was no breakfast. They did give us a few snackpacks, but nothing resmbling breakfast, and we then found the whole place was pretty awful. Locks didn't work, dirty, pool shut, and really, apart from the nice greeting, and the cheap price, there really wasn't anything good about this.

Not the best even for the category. Seemed like the brand has just changed and some work was starting but its got a ways to go.

Bed sheets were dirty. Toilet flush was broken. My key magically stopped working and they needed to replace it. There was a crushed cockroach on the ceiling. No soap in restroom.

If ******* and Choice Hotels do not drop this hotel, they are looking to be sued. Most of the rooms there are filthy, broken doors, unfunctional, and we found out that they are rented to locals who may have lots of issues. I have pictures, hopefully, I could upload. NO ONE SHOULD BE SUBJECTED TO WHAT WE HAVE BEEN SUBJECTED AT THAT HOTEL.When I asked the hotel attendant, why is this place look so run down, the answer was"Each person have different standards". I juyst needed a clean room with a shower. Not much to ask. Please do not book with this hotel

Got there after booking and there was a note on the office door saying call for help.
Called the number and the lady said were full no rooms available and hung up
I double checked reservation to make sure I was at the right place and sure enough I was.
Called the number again and no answer!
Finally after a few tries same lady answers and says that my problem is with ******* for booking me the room and she won’t help me out

Can’t imagine they will be there long

I mean listen, you definitely get what you’re paying for here… the property IS under new management and staff are definitely trying to make the property better. The lady at the desk was very nice and the other staff that I met as well. No shower curtain in the shower, you have to bring your own towels, lamps are definitely old but have new lampshades, and the sheets aren’t the newest but they suffice. I think this property has potential in the next 6-12 months but right now it’s definitely rough. There is also no refrigerator, microwave, or anything like that in the unit. Still, no real issues with our stay save for some quality of living issues.
