I am so upset, my partner and I needed a hotel tonight so we booked last minute on trip.com. We got a room and it was a complete disaster, it hadn’t been cleaned at all, there were towels on the counter and the bed was dirty and used. The tables were covered in spills. This is unacceptable. The front desk lady gave us a different room across the hall and it was the EXACT same, except even worse. There were used tissues on the counter.

I booked this with confidence. However, when I needed to change it to a day earlier... I lost my money. They said the hotel had nothing available..however, I went there and they had my very room. I feel cheated by hotel and trip.com. never again

Housekeeping was horrible. There was absolutely no kind of friendliness, housekeeping would gossip out loud and talk about people staying at the hotel badly like making fun of people. The rooms were extremely dirty with the smell of strong mildew/mold. The pool is green and very dirty and unfortunately our main reason for choosing this hotel. The hotel does not keep up the pool grounds. There's bins for dry towels and that remained empty our entire stay. The pool was very heartbreaking since it was my husband's birthday. This is not a pet friendly hotel, there is no room to walk your dog. All the smoking locations are right where we're supposed to walk our dogs. Housekeeping gathers in these areas smoking ****/cigarettes and makes this very hard for a dog to use the bathroom with them hanging out all the time. The elevator I wasn't allowed to use because a housekeeper wouldn't let me on. My dog had a hurt paw and that housekeeper wouldn't let us on, she explained she was scared of dogs, I had to take the stairs. Okay, I'm paying to stay there and she's being paid to work there; she should of let us have the elevator. This was the whole vibe while being there and I feel like I wasted money when my husband and I just wanted to get away and we're local too. Never again will I ever go back to this horrible place. Never have I been treated so badly staying at a hotel. I am disabled with multiple sclerosis, this is not a disability friendly hotel putting us on the second floor. Our keys were deactivated each morning and that was a very long and painful walk to the front desk to have them reactivated. Impossible to sleep in with housekeeping gossiping so hard out in the hallways. I feel like we've been ripped off. And the hotel threatening us with a $250 fine if caught vaping inside and hearing a housekeeper talking about catching people for a bonus just didn't feel right hearing that; we had no intention of vaping inside; it was still stressful. If this hotel was ever a 4 star facility, then those days are gone. The door locks don’t work, the hallway floors are dirty or carpet ripped out. It took 3 tries to get a room key with me walking back and forth from Reception to the room, finally a new room was assigned. On the second morning, no hot water! And my room was not cleaned or towels changed for the entire stay over. When we asked for towels, a rude Cleaning lady barked “no stay overs”. When we asked what that meant, she fell silent and walked defiantly away. This place is 2 stars at best. The staff is defeated by the facility conditions. I will never stay here again and I may never book Wyndham again.

Very loud. You can hear every door close and every noise in the hallways. The road noise is bad too. The shower curtain rod was broken so the shower curtain would only close about a foot. When I went to check out not one was at counter. Another customer had been waiting. While he spoke to the hotel rep he was complaining about his experience as well.

This place needs to be condemned! The halls and parking lot are dirty. All landscaping,including trees, are dead. Closed restaurant in lobby. Junk pile visible in parking lot. If Wyndham doesn’t care about their brand then neither will I. It’s a crime they even stay open. It is just a rip-off! There is no confusion. I took photos.

I accidentally booked an assessable room when we got inside the smell was musty we called the front desk to see if we can change the room and they were very accommodatable and changed the room for us, the smell of the second room was a lot better but the AC cut off half way through the night and it took me being persistent in calling the front desk 6 plus times before someone picked up the phone, once again they were very accountable and let us move to a different room not too far where we were staying, overall the staff was very nice but the hotel as a whole is very disappointing the last time I went to this hotel was years ago and from my memory then I was 10x better oh have things have changed.

My room was 332 and the check-in process was fine, although a late day for me having been on the road most of the day. My room only had one working light - in the bathroom. The bedside lamps and the tower lamp did not work. The alarm clock did not work. Not even sure the outlets had power - but did not check them. The unit did not have a working air conditioner or heater. Both the wall thermostat and the in-wall unit had no power to them. On Sunday, for my morning shower, the bathroom had only luke-warm water at best. My in-room mini fridge was actually a wine cooler from the store.

Rooms are dirty, infested with roaches, hallway are dirty smells bad and its dusty, roaches can be seen in the hallways and room!
