It would be great if there was a kettle in the room. It is always helpful to have that.

此方は11時まで朝食。15時まで昼食をやっているので朝食代は若干高めですが、その分、質や種類は少し良いです。私としてはベイクドビーンズが旨かった。
立地はフェリーターミナルに近いのでフェリからだと近いですが、リガバスステーションからだと数キロあって遠いですが、トラム等で行けば苦ではないです。(私は徒歩で40分位で行けました。)
部屋はシャワーブースと洗面台に各々液体ソープディスペンサーが付いてます。ドライヤは洗面台に取り付けられ、テレビはありますがチャンネルも少なく、フリーズや乱れが多いので殆ど使わない気が。電話機はありますが電気ケトルはありません。
暖房は今一で凍えない程度です。

酒店在塔林來説，我覺得很滿意了，主要是地理位置好，靠近碼頭，周邊有很不錯的商場和景點。價位也沒有市中心貴

Compared to some of the others, it offered basic amenities that I would expect for a hotel. It had good breakfast. It was like a Comfort Inn.

We had a problem with the lady at the desk: last night we decide to go to Helsinki today really early and we asked for a breakfast to bring. The desk women forget to give the paper to the kitchen and we had no breakfast this morning (and with a 3-years-old kid it was a problem). She gave us no solution neither a redound nor a compensation. We are very unhappy about that (my 4 people family, room 339 and 223)

The hotel is no frills, but we were very happy with our stay. The beds are very comfortable, and the room hade everything we needed. The breakfast was too expensive, so we walked over to the Rimi hyper on the waterfront and got fresh baked goods instead. Hotel parking was expensive, so we parked in a lot about 100 meters down the road for 6 Euros/24 hours. We used the pool/spa one afternoon (8 Euros for adults and 4 Euros for kids for 3 hours for Express guests). This was much cheaper than staying at that hotel. We extended our stay because we were pleased with the hotel.

I had to line up for 50 minutes to check-in. I tried to do it online but when I went to collect my keys from the self-service terminal it didn't give me any keys.
So after 50 minutes, I checked in for 3 adults, and then I got to my room to discover there were only 2 single beds. I tried to call reception but they did not answer the phone so I had to go back downstairs and line up for another 30 minutes. I was promised a 3rd bed would be put in my room. I had a shower (Shower was nice and powerful) and went out returning later at night to discover no 3rd bed. The front desk was empty so I was forced to sleep on the floor with no bedding or pillow. I had to line up again on the second day to ensure I had a third bed delivered for my second night. Terrible service and I feel I should not have paid the full amount for night 1 as I was forced to sleep on the floor.
My other problem was there was no air conditioning so it was uncomfortably hot in the room making it very difficult to sleep (even when I had a bed).

Great check in, nice and frendly.
Carpets are dirty in halls and rooms with stains on.
Good location, breakfast was okay, overal good.

Everything everywhere very clean and fresh. A lot of bad service - angry, stressed, not helpful personnel who doesn't care, doesn't want, can't even smile, shocking. Food fresh, a lot of food but too little really fresh basic cousin. Have made a couple of requests during 2 days stay, have not gotten a single one, even though every one of them was within inkluded service. Was told to pay extra or live the room, found out next day than that also was already in the prise, didn't get a refund. Had a stay planned in two weeks, changed to another hotell.
