Tee-K Lodge Tamarindo

My wife and I called Tee-K lodge home for 9 nights and we had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location is nice. It’s only about 10 minutes from downtown Tamarindo. The pool area was a really nice place to unwind and cool off after full days of exploring. But the real gem here is the owners Arthur and Claire. From the moment we arrived they worked very hard to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed for the day. They supply cold filtered water, which was very helpful to us since we were always filling our water jugs. We would have spent a lot of money and time purchasing water if they hadn’t supplied it. For a small fee they did a load of laundry for us, helping us extend our clean clothes for the duration of our stay. Also, the breakfast was served with attentive service and a smile - making a special trip to the grocery store to have on hand a couple things they found out we liked with our breakfast and coffee. And when breakfast was finished, Claire’s fresh made cakes and treats were bagged and I put them in my backpack for the day. They even supplied us breakfast and extra treats on our last day when we had to leave early in the AM for our flight. They left the food in our rooms’ mini fridge with a note after cleaning our room. We were very touched and honestly didn’t want to leave. So, I would give TEN stars if I could. Arthur and Claire have a real gem here. Do not hesitate to book with them. You will not be disappointed. They are some of the kindest, most accommodating people we have had the privilege of staying with in our travels. Pura Vida ☀️

Lovely place, surrounded by nature in Guanacaste, peaceful, lovely and clean rooms. Arthur and his wife are the BEST host, and they Cook delicious crepes for breakfast !!! I highly recommend this Lodge!!! Excellent location to all tamarindo and avellana beaches in a peaceful and quiet place!!!

Had an amazing time at Tee-K lodge!! The rooms are really comfortable and the pool is beautiful! Highlight was the breakfast every morning. Arthur and Claire do an amazing job as hosts and are super helpful. We will certainly stay here in the future again!

We spent a whole week at Tee-k. We enjoyed every morning the amazing breakfast and the beautiful sounds in the garden at sunrise! Arthur and Claire prepared packed breakfast for us half of the mornings when we started the day early for trips farther away. We did have a car and made it very convenient with a short drive to beach.

My family and I had an awesome time staying at Tee K Lodge. We felt very much at home. Enough to confidently say it has been our best stay in Costa Rica so far (have been here for over a month). The place was so clean, the owners were super friendly and accommodating and the overall vibe of the place is awesome. I feel like many places in tamarindo would charge much more for this kind of accommodation. Tee K Lodge has done a great job at providing their guests with a 10/10 experience. Pool was also so nice and the perfect temperature to lounge in!

This is an absolutely lovely little hotel (rooms are very comfortable, nice and well-cared for; the property filled with trees and flowers and super peaceful) and Arthur & Claire couldn't have been more wonderful. We can't wait to go back and have more of Claire's homemade French crepes!

Nice, quiet place to stay away from the madness of Tamarindo, but only a short drive into Tamarindo. Loved the breakfast and the unlimited use of the pool. Short drive to Playa Avellana and Playa Conchal without having to go through the traffic in Tamarindo.

Really well welcomed by the nice couple who owns the hotel. Everything was brand new as renovated in December 2023. We enjoyed the marvelous swimmingpool and slep amazingly in the king size bed. The owners were listening and answering to our needs, which allowed us to enjoy a wonderful breakfest.

The hosts were on property, friendly, kind. The room was spacious, modern, clean. Breakfast was available when we wanted it. Swimming pool was lovely. Iguanas, birds and fauna were a bonus! Would absolutely return!
